I have my Internet and phone with vivid telecom and they are very cheap. Excellent service would highly recommend

Rob and his teams attitude, technical knowledge and attention to detail were second to none. From the planning phase to final delivery they were there every step of the way. Following the deployment of a new VoiP phone system they're still on hand whenever needed, nothing is ever to much trouble.

Been with Vivid telecom since they first started, overall the service is exceptional. I have been with other providers like Sky, virgin and had continuous issues with broadband, but since moving to vivid I have recieved the best service with very little issues. Yes like all company's u do get some minor issues occasionally which happens with all providers, but whenever there is, rob always sorts this out in a very quick time frame. For fast broadband and a continued excellent service I would highly recommended this company over any other provider. Truly outstanding.

I recently had Vivid Telecom help me automate my double gate with two arms, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From start to finish, the service was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive.

They listened to exactly what I needed for the gate automation setup and took the time to make sure everything was tailored correctly. The installation was smooth and efficient, and the automation works flawlessly — opening and closing with precision every time.

Communication throughout the process was great, and any questions I had were answered clearly and promptly. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that really knows what they’re doing and cares about delivering a great result.

Rob was informative and helpful when he supplied and installed cameras and broadband in my mum’s property

The service from Vivid and Rob in particular is second to none. He supports our back up broadband, Paxton door control, intruder alarm and annual PAT.
Phones and VOIP will in all likelihood move to Vivid as well when the contracts are due for renewal. Outstanding service, always available on the end of the phone, any urgent site visits are attended to same day/next day depending on the time of the call.

I cannot recommend Vivid Telecom enough, very friendly and no job is too small. Rob is very knowledgeable and offers excellent customer service.

Been with Vivid Telecom since day one! Got Fibre broadband and multiple VPS Servers and haven’t been disappointed. Servers up and running 24/7 and I don’t remember having any downtime. If I have any issues, Rob has always sorted them out fast. Overall brilliant service and company. What more can I say. A+ services highly recommended.

Always receive exceptional service from Rob at Vivid Telecom. Any issues which are rare Rob is always at the end of the phone ready to help, I have broadband, sims, cctv and an alarm system, I cannot recommend this company enough 👍🏻

Changed to Vivid Telecom over a month now and the service has been amazing, fast and speedy, no drop-outs or glitches.
The change-over from BT seamless, communication smoothly, direct and immediate contact straight away rather than having to go through numerous departments/people to get it resolved.
Trish and Rob have been awesome - definitely recommend!
