The WORST experience ever. My husband and I moved to a farm, the sales guy at vox actually drove out to the farm and garunteed that the WiFi and signal would work well. We move in and didnât even get 1mb of internet.
They had the audacity to then not charge us the pro rated rate. sales guy promised router would support all networks, what do you know, it only supports Telkom.
Wasted 2k on a router that they do not want to refund me for despite me confirming so many times with the sales guy, additionally charged me for a whole month when I didnât even get a day of connectivity. Pathetic and worst company ever, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VOX TO ANYONE!!! Make sure to have your contract for a year plus or you pay thousands of rands in fees to cancel.
They donât let you know that when they are selling their products though.
Useless people, horrible account managers, I hope all yall can sleep well stealing from people. Because itâs THEFT.

The installation alone took over a week and a half, which was already frustrating. But the worst part is that Iâve now been without internet for an entire week, with no resolution in sight. Every time I follow up, Iâm given empty promises that an agent will assist me, yet no one ever actually does. There is a clear lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care. Communication is poor, and it feels like once youâve signed up, youâre completely on your own.

I am a longstanding customer of Vox and have always found their customer service autrocious and they donât really care but quick to take your money. This time I sent them 2 emails giving my one month notice as required but stating to please not cut me off now but at the end of the month giving them exact dates etc but they still went and cut me off for the whole Easter weekend and say they cannot do anything about it. So I am paying a costly amount for no service and this is not the first time this has happened. PEOPLE LOOKING FOR FIBRE OR INTERNET CONNECTION DONT USE VOX AS THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They have sorted out the problem due to one diligent kind person on their team Laurie, I think her Surname is Smith. Thank you Laurie I appreciate you, you went above and beyond to sort this out.

Poor communication skills!!
Confused technicians who come to site and actuallydon'tknow what to do!!
Have certain people to Priorities over other clients!!
If you see them on the street selling you their internet packages, just keep it in mind that I also trusted them with a student accomodation with over 25 students and I regret not checking reviews in time.
From Tuesday the 24/03/2026 we lost connection and reported but they kept on saying the technician has been dispatch to our assistant until I started fighting with them to stop lying and from there they created another ticket saying it will be attended on Monday the 30th.
The question is, can they survive even an hour without internet, the answer will be no but yet they expect a student residence to wait the whole week including the weekend without internet connection.
No follow-up, no turn-around time, nothing except empty promises that the technician has been dispatch to your assistance beqamba amanga ð®.
Including their salesman, who seems very friendly and helpful when selling the products but when you have a problem, they decide not to take your calls ð®

I contacted support via phone and WhatsApp and went through the full troubleshooting process. I was eventually advised that the router was likely faulty, and an onsite visit was logged.
After three days with no contact, despite multiple follow-ups, I was informed that no one had reached out because the ticket had not been assigned.
I have since cancelled the service and moved to Rain.

Vox is the worst internet service provider I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their technician installed the initial router incorrectly and I've been struggling with an unstable and incredibly slow connection since then. I've tried multiple times to get them to fix it, even had another technician come and swap out the router. It still doesn't work. They are happy to take my money every month while I'm stuck with dial up speed internet. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
