The train arrived on time, but the carriage was full and standing for part of the trip wasn't pleasant. Still, it's better than driving long distances.

Aikataulut eivät pidä, pikajuna tekee ylimääräisiä pysähdyksiä asemilla, jotka pitäisi aikataulun mukaan ohittaa. Varmaan Parkanosta nousi kyyyiin joku hallintoneuvoston jäsen? 20 vuotta kuljin Lappiin autolla tai lentäen kokeillakseni nyt junaa. Eipä tarvitse taas kotvaan haaskata huomiota VR-virastoon.

Liikennöinti toiminut muutoin, mutta kerran juna oli tunnin aikataulusta myöhässä, väli Oulu-Tre. Lisäksi liikennöinti on jsks katkennut yhteen "solmuun". Veturi jsks epäkunnossa ja aina ei ole asiakastyytyväisyys ollut huippuluokkaa, koska matkustajat ovat olleet tunteja junassa, eivätkä ole päässeet edes vessaan.(iltalehtikin uutisoinut paljon.)Asiakaspalvelu ollut kuitenkin pääosin kohteliasta ja selvää, niin netin kautta, livenä kahviossa kuin puhelimitse. Train delayed and supposed to arrive at 7.22 at tikkurila . Now is 7.45 Pm .

Paras matka Helsinki - Kolari välillä. Henkilökunta oli mukava ja juna aina ajoissa. Ravintolavaunun ruoka oli hyvää, ja makuuvaunujen sängyt mukavia ja sain hyvin unta. Päivävaunujen istumapaikat olivat ihan parhaita.

Aikalailla voi heittää kolikkoa siitä onko myöhässä vai ei kun 50/50 todennäköisyys. Ehkä VR:lle muutaman minuutin myöhästyminen ei paina mitään, kun ei siitä mitään ilmoita. Yksittäiselle ihmiselle tämä kuitenkin voi tarkoittaa aika rajuakin myöhästymistä töistä/koulusta jos jatkoyhteydet ovat huonot ja ei junan myöhästymisen takia ehdi siihen bussiin johon olisi muuten ehtinyt. Joku muukin siihen yritti junasta juosta, mutta ei ehtinyt.

The worst.
The train was late and no one said anything until way past the leaving time. It's night train with wonderful bight lights. There's no place for luggage unless they're very small. And there's not enough charging station for everyone.
Moreover if you try to talk to VR personnel they'll ignore you more often than not.

Absolutely rubbish always late minimum of half hour in 29th of December was late 3 hours I paid for a intercity and I end up in a dog carriage commuter train took two hours if I want to use commuter train it would cost me only third of the price I paid I end up waiting two hours it was freezing outside no public toilet to use in kouvola Station and after 2 hours I have to ask another train if possible to take me with them because I cannot wait anymore he said OK you could come but I end up in the cheapest carriage full of dogs for 2 hours .but I was never given the money difference I have paid for my ticket which is 3 times more expensive than commuter train prices especially dogs carriage are the cheapest disgrace from vr. Fi. It's always late from 30 minutes to 3 hours better to pay less and use computer train which is never late and are very cheap to use compared to intercity

Had to cancel train ticket 2 weeks before departure, and they said they won’t refund none of the money.

Tyresö. Undermåliga bussar spm går sönder titt som tätt, inställda turer, svarar inte på mail, går inte att nå, obefintligt kundservice, går inte att kontakta någon om man glömt något på bussen. Väldigt märkligt beslut att region Stockholm lät VR ta över busstrafiken i Tyresö, vi som bor här är helt beroende av bussarna för att ta oss till jobb och skola!

Suuremmille matkalaukuille on vähän tilaa ja istumapaikkojen yläpuolella olevaan säilytystilaan on hankala nostella painavia laukkuja.

The train's doors close within 10 seconds, which is not enough time to board the train when there's people exiting from the same door whom you have to avoid!!

Also the buttons that are supposed to open the train doors do not function!!

Leaving customers outside of the train, or possibly locking them inside because the doors close too fast leads to a nightmarish experience.

Dystopian behavior!!!

Ottakaa bussi niin saadaan ajaa tämäkin lafka ansaitsemaansa konkurssiin. Pääsette n. 90% halvemmalla ja on oma ilmastointi, tyhjät penkkirivit vallata itselleen ja pimeä tila, jossa unen saaminen onnistuu huomattavasti helpommin kuin VR:n sillipurkissa sairaalatyylisten halogeenilamppujen alla.
Matkan todellinen arvo n. 15€, mutta hinta aina 80-100€.

Uskomattoman luokatonta toimintaa. Ei päästetä asiakkaita pihalle junasta asemilla. Juna myöhässä jatkuvasti ja äärimmäisen töykeä nais konduktööri.

Pasllasta hämeenlinnan olimme menossa.Taulussa väärä tiedot ja tunnin myöhässä ollaan.

Matka sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi että alakerran vaunussa, HILJAISEN extravaunun vieressä oli lapsiperhe, joiden lapset itkivät ja kiljuivat koko matkan ajan. Extra vaunussa on ihmisiä opiskelemassa ja tekemässä töitä. Henkilökunta ei tehnyt asialle mitään.

Intistä lomillelähtö sujuu huolettomasti, mutta lomiltapaluu aina myöhässä "teknisen vian" vuoksi. Onko teillä jotain varusmiehiä tai puolustusvoimia vastaan?

The train was so full that I didn't get a seat for the first half of my trip. At least it was on time, but it wasn't comfortable.
