Very difficult to even log into…
Very difficult to even log into website. Website doesn't work properly at all. Calling customer support was useless. Customer support chat seemed incompetent.

A great experience!
I was at my wits end, could not log in. Finally out of desperation I called and initially got the chatbot which was very helpful and when it realized I needed additional assistance, it transferred me to a service rep who could not have been nicer. She listened, was very patient with me, walked me through some steps and BINGO I was logged in to my account! I wish I had called sooner instead of trying to figure it out myself.

Long time cutomer, they only get worse
I have to use it for dozen of years as employee, it's a paid. Web site is super glitchy, bugs on every page, impossible to upload receipt, no transparency on decisions, why some transactions passed, some require recipets, unresponsive customer service, more like a worst giverment department

My issue was resolved. The customer service representative was knowledgeable. The representative would also benefit from slowing down, listening more carefully, and allowing customers to fully explain their concerns before offering solutions.
