A national health service is a good thing. A national health service that's underfunded, short staffed & the number of beds being reduced(making the pandemic inevitable) is an inept service.
More people paying more National Insurance contributions than Ever & the service is as worse as it has ever been!

I tried to get sense from the covid passport part of the website. I have spent 2 hours yesterday and another 2 hours today. Even the telephone number provided does not work. The verification code only lasts for 5 minutes but often takes more than 5 minutes to arrive! When prompted to take a photograph (or a facial recognition video) it is impossible to get back to the site. Why they need facial recognition when you have to enter valid login details anyway defies all logic. The site is not user friendly at all. I am computer literate but how people
who are not so can navigate the site is beyond comprehension. This is possibly one of the worst websites ever. It is over complicated.

waste of space. I asked them to put me through to the hospital in merthyr. they put me through to Llantrisant. they put me back through to the switch board and they hung up on me. redialed the switch board and n now the ignorant sods won't answer. been letting the phone ring about 10 minutes now as I type..... useless

NHS HAS NOW TURNED INTO A COMMIE DICTATORSHIP NAZI COMPLIANCE COMPANY , WERE THEY REFUSE YOU TREATMENT OR A CARDIOLOGIST APPOINTMENT UNTILL YOU GIVE UP YOUR FREEDOM AND LET THEM TEST YOU WITH A PCR TEST , THIS IS DISGRACEFUL AND MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE AT THE MOST HIGHEST LEVEL , COMPLIANCE OR DIE , I WILL NOT BE LETTING THESE NAZI DICTATERS GET AWAY WITH THIS ATTEMPTED MURDER OF MY WIFE

Can't see a G.P., receptionists advising on blood test results!, Can't get a vital and 5 months overdue B12 shot,( can get a tattoo though!!).
Can't get an appointment with Cavoc unit, now 6 months overdue! And can't get anyone to answer the telephone!!.

the nurses were so gentle and the doctors were really experienced. i hope i dont need to go back but if i need to, i wont hesitate to choose this place.
