Own brand crisps taste better than walkers.

Uks no 1 turned into most hated

Not good service at all. I lost £300. They over sold me and i am stuck now and all crisps are expired now. They are cheaters. I am from honor oak park postoffice SE23 1LN.

Recently bought a box of 20 packets of walkers from tesco. Tasted like they were off, each packet was the same. Contacted walkers to report this along with my receipt but heard nothing back. Total waste of money and my kids ended up binning them! Will not be purchasing again. Walkers are a great big company but have no time for their customers feedback. Appalling attitude from such a large company, do not waste your money, no recourse if your not happy with the quality of their products.

Been actively avoiding buying Walkers for some time - because I like to enjoy more than 5 crisps per bag, especially if I'm going to get ripped off for the privilege.
So I picked up a pack of Frazzles. Once again I was disappointed when I reached the bottom of the bag about 6 crisps in. So I jokingly said, 'do Walkers make Frazzles now?' And it actually turns out Walkers do own Smiths....so it all makes sense!

Avoid these shrinkflation merchants. It won't be long until they're selling bags of flavoured air for £3

The taste of the new cheese n onion crips is terrible. Very dry, too sugary, cheese n onion barely perceptible. Very disappointing. Thats me OUT, will never buy again.

I believe Walkers to be the best crisp however, they are becoming very easy to replace not just for the cost but the amount you get in them.

Just bought a multi pack and each bag is less than half way open.

Being a brand that can promote celebrities to advertise for them, you would think they would look about giving their customers more crisps inside their bags.

Don’t buy walkers baked multipack crisps . Awful portions you get 15 crisps bag is 3/4 empty waste of money . Not sure how they get away with this with trading standards . The bag says 22g inside of it is mainly empty . Waste of money .

New product crunchy wotsits, waste of money no flavor whatsoever and leave a horrible taste in your mouth.

I open a pack of crisps ready salted and the pack was literally empty, it was sealed but didn’t have a single crisp in the pack, what a robbery

As as crisp aficionado the Thierry Henri and David Beckham TV campaign motivated me to purchase a bag of Walkers Mature Cheddar and Chilli Chutney crisps. What an utter disappointment! Wafer thin cuts tasting like dried flavoured soggy writing paper. A gastronomic disaster! Most alternative brands provide a decent taste. Walkers not for me!

Over several months been buying multipacks of walkers ready salted crisps. But the quality has gone downhill considerably. They are very often stale and hard now. I know these crisps to be light and crisp - not hard at all. Very disappointing especially when its been happening over such a long time and still occuring now. The most recent poor quality batch is GBL104B 237, best before 07/12/24.

Sorry, but what the hell is chickpea doing in Walkers crisps. I bought a six-pack of the new BBQ Monster Munch and took one bite, and I was nearly sick. No taste apart from a taste that I've never tasted before. I looked at the description, and it said Chickpea. Sorry, but they are rank. So I went to the supermarket today and picked up a six pack of Wotsits Crispy Bacon, and stupidly, I didn't read the packet. Chickpea again. 🤢 What is going on. STOP USING CHICKPEA.....

Crisps soggy not crispy or crunchy, really annoyed as they are in date and very expensive for me.

Absolutely terrible. I bought multi packs on cheese and onion recently and there is more flavour on my left toe. The crisps have also gone very tough and hard, not crispy like they should be and used to be! Aldi own brand are way better and way cheaper.

called complaints line it rang twice , then disconnected. Bought a six pack of lightly salted ready salted crisps. expiry date 30/11/24. they are stale and hard, horrid. will stick to cheap brands from now on

Bought the 5 pack from tesco,opened 1 bag, couldn't really smell anything, tasted 1 and omg what a horrible taste,whoever thought that was edible. Shot is a good word,.

Purchased 2 x 150g sharing bags of walkers ready salted from asda. Must be using a different recipe, and or, different variety of british potato as these crisps no longer resemble the great tasting walkers crisps from the past. Opened first bag, crisps were overly hard, almost like cardboard, lots of dark brown bits within the crisp, a sign of the potato having rotted through the middle, green parts on outside. Opened 2nd bag, almost the same as first. Remains of both bags in bin. Your quality control has obviously gone down the pan. Walkers you are charging premium prices for these, start delivering a premium product for the consumer. Don't deserve even the 1 star I'm forced to submit with this review

Absolutely garbage and that's being nice. What has happened to the flavours? No flavour at all for cheese and onion and as for salt and vinegar, the flavour has changed.must be a money saving process. Very rarely buy walkers anymore as there are much better alternatives at far better prices. Walkers should be ashamed!
