This company has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and reliability. I have been waiting over four weeks for our delivery, despite numerous attempts to contact them. Despite receiving an email stating that the package had been dispatched, I have yet to receive it.

I asked them to cancel the order as they falsely advertised free shipping and that “ All of our items are handmade to order in our Workshop, allow 7 working days before dispatch.” when this exact item is sold on other websites therefore they don’t hand make it.

online chat helpful, placed order & paid in full, expected art to be sent 7 working days later. After sending several emails, all unanswered, on line chats, never got back to me, goods never received. Requested refund, no reply & no refund given, tried to call but number is out of service. This seems to be a scam, I am out of pocket & frustrating to have no contact. Have had to contact my bank as do not know what else to do.

Excellent experience with WallArtDirect, I asked them if they could change the colour on a print for me and they done it for me no questions asked. Fast printing and postage. Very happy and I will order from them again.

I ordered my artwork on the 30th August, was informed straightaway that it will be dispatched within seven working days, didn't have a problem with that at all when placing my order, it is now the 18th of September I have tried getting in contact with them via every method possible and I'm not getting any response, I would highly recommend not using this company, p

So I bought a banksy canvas back in early July, about 2 weeks after I placed the order I made a claim back through my bank because it was still not been delivered. Anyway it did finally arrive the box was smashed up and the canvas was broken beyond repair. The main beam was snapped, the canvas hanging on like a pillow case and ripped. Even without these damages, the print itself was honestly shocking to say the least. I contacted them and they told me they was disappointed with the courier and they are going to raise it with them and to dispose of the canvas. Anyway here we are half way through September and they are trying to dispute the transaction and get their money back. Don't even bother buying off these guys unless you want a very low quality canvas sent out 3 weeks after you've made the purchase sent it a cardboard box with no bubble wrap or support so it gets grazed and broken, for them to try scam the money back off you they refunded months later.

I ordered a three panel canvas print. A single panel print was shipped but a lot smaller than what I need. I emailed twice - no response. Eventually found a phone number which is permanently engaged. Dreadful customer service - avoid this company!

I placed an order for two pictures on the 24th August, with a 7 day delivery date. Since then, radio silence... I have emailed and no response tried the live chat and called with no reply. I can only presume this is a scam company, will.be on to my credit card company now to stop the payment. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I am beside myself, I lost my Mum recently and bought £300 worth of Canvas wall art in memory of her. 3 pieces. The first turned up weeks later. The 2 most important ones AGAIN waiting weeks, CUSTOMER SERVICE non existent and THEN when the 2 large pieces arrive THEY HAD ONLY ONE THIN PIECE OF BUBBLE WRAP AROUND EACH WHICH WAS TORN WITH HOLES IN EACH. The WALL PAINTINGS WERE STAINED AND DIRTY WHERE WATER HAD GOT IN. I CANNOT get ANY RESPONSE to my PHOTO EVIDENCE or NUMEROUS EMAILS EXPLAINING MY LOSS AND WHAT THE ART MEANT TO ME.
NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND NOTHING TO DATE.

Terrible terrible company - baffled how they are allowed to function. NOTHING has arrived but have kept my money. NO contact as emails unanswered, chat ignored and phone messages ignored. Don’t lose your money on them!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service.
No replies,no information and totally being ignored. Evri have lost my parcel which I ordered a month ago. Currently trying to get a refund from this company which is a joke, waiting weeks for e mails to be replied to.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I bought something for my brothers engagement party with plenty of time in advance. The item never showed up. I have emailed 3 times and used the live chat 3 times with no response.
Very upset and frustrated that no one is getting back to me and no product has arrived.

I would prefer to give it 0 as i have made an order..paid and havent received anything..no answer to any of my messages..telephone line permanently engaged!! Shocking that this company is allowed to trade! SCAMMERS! Hope they are closed down soon..ill b leaving my review everywhere i can to warn people not to engage with these frauds!

I purchased two pictures from WallArtDirect which, due to an issue with Evri, didn't arrive.
I couldn't get any information out of Evri and so emailed the WallArtDirect sales email address and following investigation, Ashley from their team kindly re-sent the pictures at no cost.
Very good customer service - would recommend.

Still waiting on my order. Have yet to receive a reply after 3 emails and using the chat robot. Want my money back. Shocking customer service.

Despite my following review, I have to be fair to Wallart Direct, that despite everything; they did offer and then subsequently I did receive a full refund.

Wallart Direct is the worst Company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with regarding a purchase.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

When I made the purchase of a Heavenly Skies off the Beach Canvas, on a Sunday afternoon I was already put in a position of stress and worry as my Credit Card showed 4 separate transactions go through simultaneously at once. Maybe not their fault and it turned out, a few days, only the correct amount did actually go on to my Credit Card. ( A few stressful days repeatedly checking my credit card account though)

I received the automated email on the Sunday in which it stated quite clearly please allow 5 workings days before dispatch.

So I did. By Friday Evening (5 working days) I had heard nothing. So I emailed Wallart Direct that evening and then again Saturday as a separate email for good measure. Asking why after 5 working days I’d heard nothing about my purchase.

I did not expect a reply to my email over the weekend but I did expect some sort of reply on the Monday. But nothing. So I emailed again on the Monday. Maybe because I had mentioned leaving a review on trust pilot and contacting my credit card company I did receive an immediate response.

I received a flimsy apology and a guarantee that it would be dispatched the following day.

On the following day, I received an automated email that my order had been sent to warehouse to be made. So it was never going to be dispatched as it hadn’t even been made yet!

When I emailed on the Tuesday for an update, I received no reply and again no reply to my further email that afternoon.

On Wednesday, Evri sent a notification that they had received my order. But again no response from Wallart Direct.

Imagine my joy when the canvas did arrive today (Friday). However, this joy was short lived when I inspected the canvas picture it was loose and floppy and the frame so bowed it didn’t fit anywhere near flat on the wall.

I simply cannot bear the thought of returning my purchase and seeking a refund as I know and I can see from other people’s reviews that it will be a long and frustrating process. Without any guarantee of a satisfactory outcome anyway.

For the sake of £65 I am going to cut my losses and put the picture in the wheelie bin so that I can have my life back without the daily stress of having to deal with Wallart Direct anymore.

I have had the same experience as the majority of people. The company are rude, fail to communicate, and fail to deliver. I suspect the same issue will occur with refunds. It shouldn't be this difficult. Don't use them if their attitude is so bad to customers who order in good faith.

If you believe any of the good reviews about this awful company, then good luck to you! I bought a large canvas, which arrived late (only after chasing for weeks), poorly packaged, and smashed to bits. Even if it hadn’t been damaged, the quality was appalling. After initially having freeing a refund, the company did not follow through, and ignored all of my correspondence. I was forced to seek a refund through my credit card company. To add further insult to injury, this awful company has had the cheek to dispute this reclaim. I’ve forwarded all the info again, and will win my claim. Do not take any chances and think that your experience will be like any of the fake positive reviews.

After having spotted an absolutely beautiful 64inchx28inch "Colours of Italy" Canvas Print I thought nothing of paying £124.99 online for it as I got Wallart-Direct mixed up with Canvas prints UK so I didn't even bother checking out reviews on Trust Pilot BUT upon me not receiving a "tracking number" as well as not receiving my parcel after 5 working days I became suspicious hence me checking Trust Pilot reviews out - and after I'd read just a few I phoned my bank up and told them exactly what had happened and HSBC refunded the exact amount I'd paid straight back into my account (straight after phone call).
