No response from customer support. I tried to reach them multiple times over the past year via the form on the website, email, and Facebook as we need extra sticky pads. However, I have received no response.
This is super disappointing as I love the Wallpics that we have and would like to order more but am now extremely reluctant.
Underwhelming not as advertised. Tiny!
Got my order, saw the tube it came in and instantly knew it wasn't the stated. Product is supposed to be 59x42 inches. Actual product is 32x30". I opened and unrolled it, saw it, quality is also not as stated. Rolled it back up and will return it tomorrow. Don't use this "small woman owned company" which is one reason I ordered from them in the first place. What a joke!
Product size description was incorrect
Product size description was incorrect. Almost 20” shorter than described. It’s impossible to get in touch with a real person. Attempted to process a return and the shipping was $60!!!!!! Outrageous

Company lied about product return - refused refund
The product did not work for the space. I immediately returned in the original packaging and followed return instructions carefully including reaching out to customer service to confirm. It took over two months (many follow up emails) and when I finally told them I was going to contact my credit card they claimed that the product I returned was defective and they would not issue a refund. This was a complete lie but of course I have no way to prove it. Why would I pay an additional $22 to ship the product back if I thought I had damaged it? Bogus!
Terrible
Terrible. Never received product although they kept telling me that they shipped it out 3 times. The tracking numbers they provided were never legitimate. Filed a claim with my credit card company.
This company is a SCAM!
This company is a SCAM!! They have had my order for a month and will not ship out the product. They keep saying that it has shipped, but I called the carrier and there was never a pickup scheduled. Customer Service won't answer their phones and I cannot get a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Avoid! Bad product, worse customer service
Avoid! Low-quality product and horrible customer service. I received a defective product, the printing was grainy and the design was cropped and missing chunks. When I reported it to customer service, it took weeks to hear back, then they sent me another damaged product. They promised a refund in accordance with the "100% satisfaction guarantee" policy stated on the website, but it's been months and I'm still waiting, with no further replies from customer service.
Update
I did not want to give this company any stars. I paid $98 for an order I never received. The customer service number does not function. The slow customer service email help claims it was delivered. It wasn't. I never received the order or any notification that it was on it's way or delivered. I'm now filing a claim. STAY AWAY! THIEVES!
UPDATE:
After posting the above review, my order was reshipped and I did receive it.

I am so very disappointed. Pictures not clear and I didn't expect it to be mounted on a foam backing.I thought this was a fracture on glass.
But I did ask for a refund and they did so swiftly. STILL ONLY 1 STAR poor quality.
I just received my pic, disappointed
I just received my pic. I was excited, but when I opened the box my mothers face was cut from the chin down , all they got was from her lips and up . I'm so disappointed. It's not worth the money I paid.

I too thought this was Fracture and thought the pictures would be on glass. Buyer beware!! If you Google fractured make sure your on there website, for some reason it takes you to wallpics. Very DISAPPOINTED!! And Angry

Seen ad for this and wanted bad to try it. Researched their webpage but in my opinion way too costly. . id need to see better results before paying around $50 US a piece.
Awesome pics to create the coolest fun family wall
I have now placed 3 separate orders. Each time I have had no problems. Pretty fast shipping. You receive an email with a tracking number which keeps you posted each step of delivery. Each time they arrived at least one day sooner than estimated. They are lightweight and on styrofoam or something. I love them! I NEVER had a problem with them sticking and staying put. I have removed them to move them to different places and re-stick them, and those are still up weeks later. Everyone who comes in my living room raves about our “family wall” covered in pics. As far as clarity, they are great! It’s important that you chose very clear pics. They come out exactly as they show on you’re phone. So if the pic is a little dark or maybe yellowish background....the wall pic will show just like that. The new “portrait” mode on my iPhone looks PERFECT on wall pics! Customer service is wonderful. I was unhappy with 2 (out of a total of about 50 and I was refunded within minutes of my email. They respond immediately for any questions or concerns. I saw some complaints about not being glass or the quality but this company I believe doesn’t use glass. These pics are great and I love them. Quality, material, durability, and customer service. Highly recommended from me! :)

I put the order in several days later when they showed up, I wasn't home they were left in a package outside the door. I opened the package to find that there were three pictures in there that I ordered and they had separated from the funny little styrofoam packing that it was put in and it was printed on plastic not glass and they were out of focus a complete waste of time and money. Run far run fast go to fractureme.com you get a much better deal at a much better price and excellent excellent product in customerservice!

I bought $250 worth of canvas from PhotoSquared the photos looked good I put them up on my wall and went to bed by the morning they all fell off so I emailed them and they said we will send you new adhesives that’s it they didn’t ask me any question or tell me when I will be getting them back so I emailed them back so asked by when will I be receiving them I got no response 1 week later and I got nothing so I can’t get a hold of their number so I emailed them to please call me because I didn’t want to go back and forth and still no call now it’s been 2 weeks. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and care for their clients.

Super! I have not yet received the package, but it is normal since I am in Germany .. However, the site is very simple and proceed with the order is quite immediate
