This platform is a total disaster and completely broken. The issues started right at checkout because the system crashes and doesn't recognize special characters. Constant crashing is a daily occurrence during use. The AI operates completely on its own, burning through your paid credits on failed generations. Even when you give crystal-clear instructions to maintain the original style and not change elements, the AI completely ignores them—for example, it randomly forces new clothing (a dress) onto the woman in the image, ruining the entire composition and turning it into a completely useless, cheap-looking AI image. Instead of rendering actual videos, the AI literally lies to your face, generating text-based apologies claiming the video is ready when nothing was created, eventually getting stuck in an endless glitch loop. There is zero customer support.

Wan AI suddenly removed the free unlimited (slow) generation feature as of July 31, 2026, locking generations behind a daily credit wall. To make matters worse, the credit system is buggy—the generate button stays grayed out even when credits are displayed, and attempts to generate fail or drain credits without producing video output. Bait-and-switch policy updates combined with broken functionality make this unusable for free users.

My favorite AI model that I use via Akool, it allows me to create 15sec video that are realistic and while inputting First frame/last frame, a textual prompt and sound input. It is one of the most powerful models and I simply love it at the moment.

Des weiteren: Daraufhin habe ich den bei PolloAI dreifach so viele Credits kostenden WAN 2.5 verwendet. Das Video ging völlig in die Hose, da die Animation von der Bewegung her absolut irrealistisch war. Bei einem Judo-Kampf blieb der Mann vertikal liegend in der Luft stehen.

I signed up because it said I can generate AI NSFW videos. However, I wasn't able to create any. Even when I tried to create a video of a woman walking on a treadmill wearing a bikini, it said "invalid content." Otherwise, everything else seemed to work fine. If you are interested in generating NSFW videos or pictures, this isn't the place!

said I could trial for free then said I had to pay, so paid and the first try was terrible not even close to what I asked for and now won't even make anymore videos, and tells me to contact support, each time I refresh the credits I paid $38 for go down, waste of money.
