I ordered a beautiful quilt set to go on my king bed. When I received it, I knew there was a problem just on how small the package was and for what I paid for it, didn't look right.
Once I put it on my bed, it didn't reach the floor or even hid my frame. I couldn't believe how poorly this was made. It wasn't even close to looking or feeling like a QUILT. It's so thin that it could pass as a bed sheet.
I've sent them 2 complaints about this and told them I want my money back. They won't even respond, I've even sent them pictures of how this looks on my bed, and still nothing.
This won't even work for a queen bed, still too small to reach the floor. I even threatened them that I would put this review on their website and still no response.
This goes to show you that this company does not care about STEALING your money and giving you a really poor product. I'm putting this review on here to help other customers to not be fooled by their beautiful pictures and advertising. This is a scam....

Absolute rubbish. No quilting.Flat cheap material.no reply to emails. Came in 12 x 18 inch bag. Not fit for a dog blanket 😡 Asian tat. No reply to get it returned.

The product sent & received did not match the pictures on the web site. The pictures show a very fancy embroidered quilt. The product provided has printed pictures of flowers that do not match the advertised item in color, size or finish.
Refused a refund despite advertised return & refund policy.
