Transparent und einfach zu buchen

I always go to this site for the most affordable and usually last-minute trips. No other sit has these prices even after the fees. The bus service is comfortable and it’s always been a great experience.

I don't know why but several times l have tried to book directly with amtrak they say there aren't any trains available on the date requested. Then l check with Wanderu and they are available. Each time l travel there are a lot of empty seats 🤷‍♂️ it does cost a few more bucks but it's worth it to take the anxiety away. That being said, l do sense some sort of trickery taking place as well.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my children and I received while using this bus company. What should have been a simple and safe trip turned into an uncomfortable and upsetting experience.

After purchasing our tickets and boarding, the driver singled us out in a way that felt like racial profiling. We were questioned and treated differently compared to other passengers, without any valid reason. To make matters worse, the driver then attempted to demand additional money from us, even though we had already paid in full for our tickets.

This behavior was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. No one should feel targeted, disrespected, or taken advantage of, especially while traveling with their children. I expect better accountability, proper training, and respectful treatment for all passengers regardless of their background.

I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and addresses this issue so no other family has to go through what we experienced.

The bathrooms need to be cleaned got me holding my pee cause yall never wipe and wash the bathroom all yall care about is money

Bus driver and fellow passengers are friendly. Even though their language is mostly spoken by passengers, the bus driver interpretes any information about stops to use restroom. It's like a family traveling together.
