this company has caused me epileptic seizures with maladministration errors for nearly a year, i was seizures free for nearly 5 months . they ignore vulnerable people im registered disabled i have had 8 tumors removed from my skull , the paper work is simple for them to do , the directors ignore me knowing im on the brink ....
the people dealing with it before had been messing up left right and center , they have been instructed by there client southern water to remove a ccj they put on me when i was having life saving surgery obviously i proved all this with medical proof and graphic videos of my health at the time and we all agreed that it be put aside on medical grounds, now this case is down to this outfit thats not fit for service to the public, they have completely wrecked me for the last 12 months, causing me none stop stress and now more epileptic seizures they have been recorded by my carer and im preparing the complaint with all the details to be sent to the sra who governs these people as they have no morals in my opinion, they are regulated but do follow the standars and they need to be audited and held responsible for they multiple failures with me and no doubt all the people they have treated unfair, as they are known all over the uk for the shocking service they have completely failed me and my family its shocking my family seeing me ill again my children even with there mistakes to the point the court has been sending me personal letters about the letters they received from this company . i have no idea what the letters are about but i can see its more mistakes from this company for simple wording errors , missing deadlines for the paper work that the courts now demanding from me to settle the case paperwork this company is dealing with when i have not got a clue what they are on about other than this is wrong that is wrong it needs to be rectified, they tried blaming the court telling me they have complained, the court are corresponding with me like im the solicitor... i have been in contact with the court and they wont deal with me as this company has all the paperwork ness to address this mess, i am truly broken down by this horrendous company's actions , even the call staff know me well now and the case they are even asking why this is going on, every time i have been trying to make contact them after this being passed to the director SCOTT NODDER who has made me unwell due to this undue might i add stress from the person thats messed it up before him who is there debt manager, this is absolutely shocking and im preparing a case and complaint with the SRA to look into this companys standards and reviews as they are shocking unprofessional and do not know how to carry out simple tasks to the profession they claim to be experts in, they have ruined me for 12 months . the ebt was put BACK ON TO UK SEARCH IN NOV AND I HAVE BEEN PAYING THIS DEBT FOR 6 MONTHS WHILE STILL BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE BY THIS FIRMS CCJ . im complaining to southern water about this comanys mistake s none stop , i owe southern water not one penny and this debts been pain monthly as agread by southern water so they now have no debt relating to me as i pay my bills and the old debts being paid, but still i get paperwork from the court saying southern water vs me lol southern water havent a clue either . how much more i can take of this i dont know .but if anything happens its online and more proof of there failings with me and there duty of care . absolutely disgusted knowing im having seizures again, this company will be in the national news if something happens to me having seizure's or the position they are pushing me to . the SRA will be fully informed about this and southern water with all the proof of stress and ill health caused by these cowboys how they claim to be regulated is shocking and they will be exposed for there mess, iv had seizures a few days ago now my heads fried they should compensate and get this fixed instead or causing me torment and my children and wife are witness to there mess , its should be criminal the way they have treated me .

Over promise and under deliver
File left for weeks untouched, excuse after excuse as to why things aren't being done.
Mean while the bills keep coming in.

Judging by other reviews, this is no surprise, company is a group of scammers. I've never left a review before, but this is warranted.

In the process of remortgaging my house to a new lender, living in a new build estate where we are all forced to pay 'land management fees' to a trust (The Land Restoration Trust officially, but trading as "The Land Trust" which makes them that little bit motlre hidden)- a whole other scam that is increasingly rife in this country. It wasnt until this process that I was told that The Land Trust actually have a restriction over my house and I needed their certificate of compliance just to switch mortgage lenders, and they chagred £252 (on top of already extortionate annual fees) for the priviledge of a piece of paper! Their lawyers are Ward Hadaway, which says enough about the type of people Ward Hadaway are.

I have made every attempt to speak to them so I can understand this better as everybody else says only they can tell me about it. I've phoned the head office, I've emailed and phoned Richard Noble who I am told is the named Lawyer, I've left him multiple answerphone messages. I have been completely ignored, no response at all. Yet you were quick enough to say I have to pay you and quick enough to take my money.

Ward Hadaway are nothing more than scammers dressed up as Lawyers in my experience of people like Richard Noble. Which is obviously why they only deal with scam companies such as the Land Trust

Steph Nield from Ward Hadaway Manchester Office is just fabulous at what she does best. We have really appreciated her support and hard work over the last few months, sometimes going above and beyond with conveyance support. It's been a tough time going through a divorce too, whilst trying to buy a future home and Steph has been super friendly, supportive and efficient throughout. David Parr who was a director of this firm, committed every fraud in the book when I was a young widow, he set up a secondary trust fund for my children,transferred all of their money into it, and stole their inheritance. He covered this up by making false alegations about me to various bodies without my knowledge, making it impossible for me to gain any information when I knew things weren't right. he laughed at me when I confronted him with evidence, I eventualy had a stroke and gave up. This firm is corrupt to the core.

It’s a shame this review doesn’t have an option for minus stars. Matthew Sigsworth of Ward Hadaway is the worst solicitor I have ever come across! His use of bullying tactics is an eye opener and he gives solicitors a bad name. His correspondence is just full of nonsensical waffle. Ongoing issue which has been going on months and he has failed to provide anything in form of a response. Just keeps on with his scaremongering. His work is pathetic. His client choice is questionable, taking on work from unsavoury and unreliable characters. Avoid at all costs.

Inept, inadequate, inefficient and untrustworthy! According to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) there are 159,000+ registered solicitors in England & Wales, I honestly don't know why you would choose to work with Ward Hadaway, after a brief couple of minutes dealing with these charlatans, I wish Ward Hadaway - Would Goaway!

Bullying tactics.Threats of taking you to court at great expense when simply they have no grounds to do so.

This company were complicit at very least in covering up their clients samuel smith brewery tadcaster failures,including dishonesty,data breach and fraud including being dishonest to ICO.
We were provided PRIVELAGED INFORMATION in a data breach by samuel Smith Brewery documents showed the accusations to be true and accurate,neither company engaging to resolve issues.
My concerns were reported to the SRA who made decision before receiving documented evidence,refusing to provide any documentation or an explination how they reach their decision.

We had a similar situation when we received a letter from them re. FedEx Express bill, which we never used them before. There was no evidence or supporting documents provided along with the letter, only the money request letter. It looks like scam to us and no where to contact them as no email or number.

Having been recommended to speak with David Lister, I was keen to wait for him to be available. David took time out of his own personal time to discuss my situation and concerns explaining everything in an easy way and logical I cannot thank him enough for the help he has provided so far and I feel I’m in the best hands to receive the right outcome. Thank you again David
