Wards - Kings Hill レビュー

We first met Sam Turner around 9 years ago, when she was the agent who sold us our home, so it was quite lovely that our paths crossed again recently during our house buying and selling journey.
Sam has been absolutely incredible throughout. She has gone far beyond what was required or expected of her, stepping in to help wherever she could, even when it wasn’t necessarily her responsibility to do so. She is exceptionally kind, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive, and you always feel that she actually cares about the people she is helping rather than simply doing a job.
Buying and selling a home can be incredibly stressful, and having someone like Sam involved makes such a difference. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we are enormously grateful for all the help, advice and reassurance she has given us.
Sam is an incredible person and an absolute credit to the Wards Kings Hill branch.
9 years after first meeting her, she is every bit as wonderful as we remembered.

We genuinely cannot thank her enough!!

Not all heros wear capes. We were let down by another estate agent which left us in a vulnerable position with a family member with dementia. The team at Wards Kings Hill were supportive, kind, professional and listened to our situation and needs. Good communication and pro active approach to getting a suitable buyer. Would never use anyone but Wards

We have just exchange contracts on our new property and would like to thank all the girls at wards for their hard work getting us there. They are always ready to help in anyway they can with prompt replies and helpful suggestions. Extremely professional and always knew the answers to any questions we had. Thank you so much Be, Maria, Sam and Katherine for your fantastic service.

Excellent experience with the Kings Hill branch in West Malling whilst buying a property from them, especially Be Chapman who went above and beyond with help and advice during the process and always kept in touch as well as being very knowledgable about the area.
I found all the staff but especially Be to be warm, welcoming, ready to answer any questions i had and totally professional through out which made for a smooth purchase of my property would highly recommend this branch.

Both Be and Sam did everything in their power to make selling our present property simple and enhanced the reputation of both themselves and Wards even more by setting us up with a rental agreement prior to purchasing our new property which made what could have been a very stressful occasion much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend Wards to anyone looking to move.

Maria from the West Malling branch was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was always friendly, professional and highly informative, keeping us updated and helping to put our minds at ease, particularly during the final week, when exchange and completion really came down to the wire! Her support and communication made a stressful time much easier. Thank you, Maria!

Very pleased with the service and professionalism from Wards Kings Hill. Sam Turner, Be Chapman, Kate Hunter and Maria Meddings were all first class in achieving a sale of our property. Thank you.

We would recommend Be Chapman and her team at the Kings Hill branch. Be's professional, considered approach and advice during the initial marketing and sale of our property made the process seem so much easier, especially when things became quite complicated.
