WARWICK GLASS & GLAZING LIMITED レビュー

My initial brief to Warwick Glass was: “I really don’t want uPVC windows and doors to change the look of the house, because I’m really happy with the way it looks now! And just so you know, I’m really picky!”
Windows and door are now installed and the job is complete.
Did they change the look of the house?
Yes! They did indeed!
The house has been transformed onto another level!
I’m more than pleased with the end result!
So thank you Warwick Glass!
But special thanks go to: Sam, Bret, Craig, Dave, Leo and Pete. Who kept me calm and sane-ish!

Warwick Glass proved to be the good company I had hoped for, they split the job into two phases without any issues, phase one (45 window panels and two doors) just finished and very tidy clearing up behind them too, two skilled lads completed the job to a super finish with a team behind them making sure I was happy, I'm just about to pay, gladly for a professional job all round and looking forward to phase two (40 panel windows and two more doors) very soon.

We decided to use Warwick glass for our conservatory warm roof conversion, having used Warwick glass previously for our front door we knew the level of service to expect.
From initial contact to the representative attending the property the enquiry was dealt with in a very professional manner and we had everything explained including options, we had a small lead time and the conversion went extremely smoothly. The installer and other tradespersons were extremely clean and tidy and respected our property.
Thank you Warwick glass.

We recently needed to replace a faulty rear garage door. Warwick Glass responded promptly to my query. The whole process of ordering, survey and then installation was very straightforward. Warwick Glass’s communication was excellent throughout, everyone that I had contact with was professional, helpful and friendly. The installation of our new garage door was handily very well, and the standard of work was high. I would definitely use the company again for any glass/door/window installation. Highly recommended.

After the initial enquiry, we had a very prompt response from Robert Carlton. He arranged to come and and view the property.Robert asked us some questions about what we wanted and came back to us with the design, which we went ahead with.
On the day of installation Jason (the fitter) arrived bang on time as scheduled and did an amazing job over two days.

French Doors - issues from start to finish. Slow and inaccurate quoting and an inaccurate survey. An attempt to fit the resultant doors by sawing one side of the frame off! Had to challenge this to get agreement to have the doors remade to the correct size. Glazing has a number of marks inside the sealed units, one of which is 15cms and visible when using the doors. Although compliant with the standard (3m when looking through the glazing), I’ve not seen such marks in any other doors I’ve looked at in friends and family houses.

We had a new front and back door fitted as well as three windows. It took about 4 days for Warwick Glass to do the work.
The whole process from sales to fitting was very professional. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.
Steve was on site fitting the doors and windows. We were so impressed with his positive attitude and the quality of his work was outstanding. Thanks Steve.

Terry went above and beyond in customer service and skill in sorting some minor adjustments that we needed doing. Thank you Terry.

We had new windows and doors fitted over 18 months ago. Our new Labrador puppy decided to chew lower part of stable door seal. Simon in service very helpfully found and gave me enough seal to replace all one side of door. That personal service that makes using local reputable company worthwhile; great product and team. Highly recommend!

A great experience. Matthew was punctual, courteous and a very efficient technician. We are delighted with the new window installation

Needed a replacement lock for my patio doors, Simon at Warwick Glass was very helpful, and gave advice on what was needed. Thank you.

We have been using Warwick Glass for many years for various projects at our present and past homes. They are always very professional, competent and the cost of their services are very reasonable. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

From the initial ordering process with Robert who was friendly, efficient. He also through the help of an app, was able to let me see the front of my house with various colours/types of doors. This helped me with my decision making and Robert was very patient with me when I changed my mind about the colour.
Jason the fitter and was very prompt, friendly and professional. He just got on with the job and his workmanship was excellent and left everything spotless. Will definitely be using Warwick Glass again.

We had Warwick Glass fit windows back in 2016, couldn't fault the quality of the windows or the fitters, however just recently had some more fitted because of our last experience with them, sadly the quality of the windows and fitters has declined, the fitter turned up making it blatantly obvious that he didn't want to be here, he proceeded to keep leaving the front door open even though we kept shutting it, he didn't fit trim to the inside of windows, damaged the skirting board and cracked a window, in hindsight I should of ordered this dick off site earlier on, we withheld payment until they came back and completed the job properly.
No wonder other window companies have set up in business with competition like this

We ordered new bedroom windows last year and were so pleased with the product we've just had a new front door fitted by them too. The door is excellent quality and very secure.

We have just replaced our spindles on our staircase with a piece of glass. Warwick Glass made this process so easy with efficient staff from start to finish. Thank you! We would highly recommend this company.

Once again, we have received excellent service from Warwick glass for our new windows installation.
Our fitters, Jason and Andy, were cheerful & friendly, highly competent and professional - a credit to the company.
With excellent products, personnel and service, we would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone. Thanks to all concerned in the whole process, from start to finish.

What a fantastic company. They were extremely helpful in trimming a piece of reeded glass for us at short notice and then didn't charge us for it! Highly recomended! Thank you.

Had a visit from Terry of Warwick Glass to repair my front door. Professional, punctual and helpful. He quickly sorted the problem. I am absolutely delighted with the results. First class company and team. Highly recommend.

I can thoroughly recommend Warwick Glass after the fantastic job they undertook replacing 2 of my mum’s windows and a door.
Efficient, professional and it was a huge relief to be able to trust everyone involved with my elderly mum.
