Excellent service today,I was notified when the engineer was on his way,arrived on time,very professional diagnosed the fault and discussed options…would highly recommend

Hotpoint Washing machine engineer called to replace an electronic panel. He had it on rinse and spin before leaving promptly for his next call. I placed Washing in the machine for a towel wash, only to find that the electronic reading did not represent the mechanical dial choice. I now have to contact hotpont again for another appointment to rectify another problem. This will be the third time to try to resolve the initial problem of a blank panel

The mechanic came in the time window I was given. He made sure i understood the charges before starting work, listened carefully to the information i gave (suspected broken pump) and then checked the machine. It turned out that he could solve the problem without me needing to buy a new pump. (very impressed that I didn't have to pay for something that wasn't needed). He checked carefully that the washing machine was working before he left. Fantastic, honest service.

They explained the problem, and went through the fix and then went through all the cycles to make sure it was working properly.

Offered me a solution to try prior to coming around in case no visit was actually needed. I followed the procedure described and it has worked. No charge was made. Every other repair company was going to charge me for that fix and they didn't charge me for the consulation and that is pretty impressive to me. Thank you so much.

Friendly honest service when machine not economically fixable. Wasn't worth repairing the washing machine because of age. That is the mark of an honourable man. Keep up the good service.
