Strap supplied was totally different from what supplied. Too small for my watch, even though I used the reference number on my watch. Would not recommend.

my order was cancelled but i was never notified. the gift i had planned to give did not arrive. they need a mechanism for notifying customers in cases like these. when i spoke with them about the tremendous disappointment, they offered no help to expedite or make it right.

Actually, we did not void this purchase because of a fraud check. After your credit card company canceled this pre-authorization because of fraudulent use, we attempted to contact you to inform you as such. None of our voicemails or emails were returned. I'm not sure what more we could have done for you, but please let us know if there is--thanks!

My order wasn't able to ship due to back order. I was disappointed that this wasn't shown on the site when ordering. To their credit I did get a notification the next day and order cancellation was easy and prompt, no hassles. Overall a positive experience.

As stated in our numerous emails to you that you have also replied back to us on, the watch you ordered was on back order and it did not arrive to us before the payment information from PayPal was canceled. PayPal has since voided that transaction and no funds were ever transferred. We have also sent you proof of this and PayPal has corroborated it as well. Please let us know what else we can do for you as we are trying to improve your experience with our company.

The Watch Co. had the best price, and my watch arrived in it's original unopened box. I also liked the appearance of their web site...very professional looking and polished. This does establish a feeling of trust when you are purchasing a $100+ item online.

I never received an email confirmation or notice of shipping. I am beginning to suspect you are a fraudulent company. If I don't hear from you within the next week, I am reporting you to Paypal. Thank God I didn't give you my credit card information.

We notice you chose to leave a one-star review on TrustPilot a few hours after you had placed the order on the weekend rather than email or call us--was there a reason for this? Easy to use
I like this way of shopping my name is Steve Elliott and I placed an order a few weeks ago for a G Shock watch and it never arrived and I did not get much info back. Today I just re signed up an new account and re ordered the watch.....I will check my Visa to make sure I did not get charged with no product.
