This was a super nice experince.
The watch was shipped quicker then expeted and under 24 hours later i had my new watch.

Bought a zenith defy classic skeleton from watch approach/philosophy very helpful and efficient, they would be getting 5 stars had I not had to wait a little longer than anticipated, this may be due to covid pandemic though

As they didn't have my watch in stock, I had to wait a bit but the overall process was exactly as long as Maxim initially told me.

Based on my experience, I would gladly recommend them and will definitely order my next watch from them.

I ordered Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra. Their customer service was very good - quickly responding to my queries, finalising the order and providing accurate delivery date estimate. The watch arrived in a proper packaging and with all original papers.

Ordered the Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Ceramic blue around beginning of Nov. Paid a depo and dealt with Rick. He was amazing throughout the process and kept me updated on my watch at all times. He was very friendly and it was lovely talking to him. My watch came mid December which was the exact date agreed and as promised the watch was brand new stickered with all tags. It was the real deal and I was hesitant at first as you would be but honestly if you are looking for a watch then Rick is the man. I love my watch its amazing and I saved good money off the rrp.
