Watch Reserve レビュー

I inquired about a watch which was listed on their website. Conor gave me a call within a couple of minutes to discuss. The watch had sold, however, Conor sourced another one by the end of the day. Watch Reserve made the whole process easy and Conor in particular was amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend them. They offered the best prices and they provided great service.

Exceptional service from Connor.

I've dealt with many AD's and smaller Watch sellers over the years and I must say Connor is an absolute genuine and the most honest person I have ever dealt with. Very hard to find such true characters such as Connor within this market.

Probably the best & safest watch dealer in London.

Highly recommended.

From the start Will was professional, polite and efficient, great comms throughout. The watch (Patek 5230G) arrived exactly as described and at a competitive price, box and papers as described. First time I bought a used watch. Highly recommended and would happily deal with them again

Fantastic experience selling my rose gold Daytona. Smooth, professional experience with Jean Luc and Conor. I highly recommend

Excellent communication, service and support. As an avid watch collector, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Knowledgable, straightforward with good pricing. A great combination.
I will be dealing again with them, so please do leave me some good watches to purchase!

An easy & very fair transaction, nothing was a problem & they did everything they said they would do 👍
I will 100% do business with them again going forward.

Great service from Will and WR. The watch arrived quickly in superb condition and communication excellent. Highly recommend.

I was incredibly pleased with my purchase from The Watch Reserve. The watch itself is amazing and came as what was advertised. The communication with the team was exceptional and they were very helpful & professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a timepiece and would definitely be a repeat client in future acquisition.

Just purchased a Rolex Sea Dweller through this company and absolutely delighted. Jean-luc wasn't happy when he received the 2022 model I ordered and so sourced a 2024 at the same cost.
I was kept informed at every point of sale and the watch arrived as described and on time. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a luxury watch.

Dealing with Jena Luc was an absolute pleasure. He’s not only very professional but also highly communicative and attentive. I can wholeheartedly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future.” ✅

Jean-Luc made my purchasing journey an absolute breeze. His communication was exceptional and he was able to provide all the details I needed to put my mind at ease. Thanks Jean-Luc for helping me get my hands on my dream watch. I’d definitely recommend Watch Reserve and will be using them for my next purchase.

Dealt with Will - very professional and nice guy. Decent price on a part exchange and sourced me a Yacht Master oyster flex at a good price.

Great experience, very professional people.
Jean-Luc and Conor are brilliant and reliable people.
I made the payment from Italy and they kept me the watch.
Thai have always replied instantly to my text messages.
I will definitely buy again from them.
I would advice them to buy a watch.

These guys are great! Very responsive, fair prices, high quality stock and can source on request within no time. I’ve done a few purchases and sales with them and have always been very satisfied. Would recommend.

Really happy and pleased with the experience, customer service, responsiveness and professionalism showed by Conor and team at Watch Reserve. Sold 3 watches to them, bought 1 (well upgraded into one!!) and now onto doing more such transactions with them.

Connor made the whole experience perfect and straight forward. I contacted him regarding a certain piece i was looking for and he came back within a couple of days with exactly what i was after. I wouldn’t use anyone else now. Truly professional service and delivered to me personally.

Great service from Jean-Luc @ Watch Reserve involving a part exchange. Sent mine on Monday, arrived with him Wednesday afternoon, received my new watch lunchtime Thursday. Watch was absolutely as described. Kept in touch regularly with tracking. First class experience and would absolutely work with Watch Reserve again. Thanks again Jean-Luc.

Excellent, attentive service. Jean-Luc could not have been better. I asked for them to source a watch and they had it with me super quick. Couldn’t be happier and could not recommend them more!

The team consistently demonstrates exceptional communication and is readily available to provide assistance and guidance. We have successfully concluded the acquisition of a platinum timepiece and are currently negotiating on another awesome watch.

If you are looking to buy a watch I wouldn’t go anywhere else, from start to finish Jean- luc was incredibly professional and answered any questions I had. Thanks again mate!
