Scam and customer service doesn’t exist with fake email addresses

This company and product are a sham. The product arrived I opened it and didn't like the color so I initiated a return. They told me to wait for my mailman and refuse to accept the package. WHAT? I live in an apartment and the mailman delivers to a bank of boxes.

This is their policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This was their response to my pointing out the above information on their website:

We are very sorry to hear your problem, but we cannot help you anymore because you have received the package.

Absolute scam. They promise huge discounts and make you cover shipping costs which are just extortionate. The recruiter that found my account kept messaging me asking if I was still interested.

Items are not even shipped after 2 months.

Vertraut diesen Betrügern nicht. Die Produkte,die sie auf der Seite für 30-40€ anbieten, findet ihr auf Alibaba für 0,50€. Macht einen Screenshot und sucht auf Alibaba nach den Produkten.

Sie versuchen Influencer zu betrügen.

I bought a watch from wavilo, but the watch that I received was total broke. I tried to contact their customer service, but I haven't hear anything back.

They are an absolute scam. I knew in my head it sounded too perfect to be true and already found it strange that the shipping fee is so expensive and now I’ve got the answer…I never received a confirmation email nor the items. Stay away from them. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

They did not send the products they promised. They even admitted that they made a mistake. Nevertheless, they just said "I'll get back to you" and they never did. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! PLEASE DO NOT EVERY DO BUSINESS WITH THE SITE! THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!

These people are scammers. As previously said in other reviews they want you as an Ambassador, offer massive discounts then say you get free items and only pay shipping. Item quality is appalling. Avoid at all costs. I reported them on instagram but doubt anything will get done.

Total scam! It seems like they recruit people to write fake reviews on trust pilot to be able to scam more people.. RUN!

Dieses Unternehmen heuert sogenannte Botschafter an, die Produkte kostenlos bekommen. Jedoch müssen diese die Versandkosten tragen, die höher sind, als der Wert der Produkte. Dafür schreiben die dümmsten unter den Botschaftern auch noch Seiten wie diese mit guten Kommentaren voll, damit noch dümmerer Personen hier anstatt bei Aliexpress kaufen.

Loved it. WIll be wearing them frequently during live shows and promotional events for the album. I can't wait for this to go public. On the account I used to do my music on I NEVER did endorsements so this is a first.
