I can’t speak highly enough of this company. I was so pleased with their service and efficiency that I asked them to clean and re-wax three different items in quick succession! Their charges are very fair, and they go way above the call of duty for efficient and courteous communications. I will be recommending them.

I asked for a quick turnaround for my wash and rewax of my Barbour jacket but, given the Christmas break, I didn't expect it back as quickly as it was returned to me. Great speed and good work many thanks.

Absolutely fantastic service. Sent my new (old) Barbour to them to have the sleeves lengthened. I asked if they could get it back to me before Christmas which was a stretch but they did it. I sent a battered old coat and hat which were leaking and pretty disgusting. I am thrilled with what this company has achieved. The items will never exactly be fashion items, but they are restored to perfection in terms of what they're designed to do. Thank you!

Dealing with this company is a pleasure. I have had two wax jackets cleaned and reproofed. They came back looking great. Bearing in mind their age , they came back rejuvenated. The cost was also very reasonable.

Prompt reasonable quote - Friendly, helpful service; with battered old jacket cleaned, re-waxed and 'restored' to much loved battered old jacket! Highly recommend.

all good with long waxed coat serviced and sleeves extended. slight delay with email replies and delivery made me wonder about some of the bad reviews, it would be a good thing if companies house filing was brought up to date and some response on Trust Pilot about the claimed poor experiences. Look forward to wearing it when next out in the rain!

Sent in my beloved biker jacket for a bit of Much needed TLC and has come back looking great! I wasn’t sure on some of the marks obtained over the years but done a very good job! Very happy with the service. Friendly and responsive when dealing with my queries. Have recommended!

Good comms, no problems with the finish, needed a nudge to return, but not urgent so no problems!

I don't know where all this bad feed back is coming from, and indeed I was worried as I did not read it until after I had put my £300 jacket in the post. I had nothing to worry about, great communications though out, Emails answered within a couple of hours. Ok small issue with return postage so it took 10 days not 7, but communication throughout. Think it was an issue with the mail rather than the company. Important thing is coat returned cleaned and waxed, better than new. Waterproof and clean with that country worn look.

They have lost my rather expensive long jacket wax coat. It should be here by now, but the wax company claims that it was sent although they can't give me any details so that my parcel can be tracked. It is not possible to call them so that we can find out what happend. The only thing I know right now is that I have paid them for waxing my coat and I have never seen my coat back. I think the business is fake and that I have lost my money and my coat. I feel foolish right now.

I'd highly recommend The Wax Jacket Company to give your old coats a new lease of life. They have transformed my wax jacket, and I know it will get so much more use out of it as a result.

I found Paul and the team to be super responsive to every email I sent, even calling me when my jacket arrived with them to discuss the alterations I wanted. The timings they gave were spot on and my jacket was returned to me well within the timeframe they promised.

Wonderful repair of treasured Belstaff jacket.Really helpful advice.Paul even told me how to have it repaired more cost effectively!!!! How rare is that in today's climate.Can't see the repair, it's that good!
