Prompt response and came out within a couple of days fitting to our schedule.

Excellent service from WD Drain Services! We had a badly blocked drain in our basement that caused internal flooding, and they responded quickly and professionally. They arrived on time, assessed the situation straight away, and explained clearly what needed to be done. The blockage was cleared efficiently, the flooding dealt with, and they made sure everything was left clean and safe before leaving. Very knowledgeable, reassuring in a stressful situation, and great value for money. Highly recommend WD Drain Services for any drainage emergencies.

Called late Saturday evening after being let down by another firm who didn’t show. Paul confirmed he could be with us first thing following morning. He turned up as promised and in time and had blockage (temporarily) rectified in no time. Prompt quote followed to remediate damaged pipe work and booked in for 2 days time. Absolute professional service!

Absolutely fantastic service! Rang in the morning and somebody was with us by early afternoon. It was roots causing the issue, all sorted and everything working now as it should be. Highly recommend.

Gave them a call and they responded really quickly: out to the property first thing the following day (called in the late afternoon). They were brilliant: Paul got right to it and he was great, explaining what was going on, giving detailed descriptions of what might be up and how to address different problems, and located our issue and sorted it quickly.
