Some products don’t work well

I am extremely happy with my asparagus! I have little asparagus coming up ... Wonderful!!!!

I love the two-year pocket planner calendars with note pad I have purchased from Walter Drake for many years. It's a handy calendar I can carry in my purse.

The items were as pictured, delivered on time. But I fell that the cost of the items plus the other taxes on the complete order is just a bit to expensive.

Like the product

I ordered a toilet seat and lid covers. The toilet seat cover did not fit because it was not as advertised. It was for a front cut toilet seat, that was not in description. The lid cover barely stays in because you were so skimpy with the material!

Quality was quite good considering the reasonable price of items.
The primary thing I disliked this time and others was that the customer service gal taking my order could not speak good English. That is always frustrating. (I think it should be a requirement for the job.)
Always, I know the CR people are required to make the many other offers before they will allow me to finish the order. It's maddening, especially when I told them early in the conversation that I will only want the items I give them.

Cup arrived broken, should be replaced. I purchased a blue stainless mug, it was broke. The red one was fine. The mops are great. Other items I haven't opened yet .

I like the customer service real nice attitude they have toward their clients. They seem to have a friendly tone.

As I was trying to place my order online, items kept popping up that I did not put there. I kept deleting them until I had only the wanted items in my cart. Placed my order. When the box arrived, the box was too small, taped up, invoice caught up in the tape, unreadable, box partially open. Some items I ordered were not there; items that I had not ordered were there, totaling $76.00! Afterwards, items are being added to my cart--probably some in my cart right now--that I did not put there. Returned unwanted items by UPS. Need $76 returned to me.

There was a problem with my last order. Some of the items arrived broken. I spoke with customer service and they immediately replaced the order at no charge.

The box was almost fallen apart. Am glad there was just one large item inside; a small item would have been lost.
