We've had a great experience working with HA over the years. They're quick to respond to tickets, very knowledgeable and very happy to help with anything we throw at them. Their communication is fantastic, and they take time to investigate issues whilst keeping us up to date. It's really reassuring to have a hosting partner we know that we can rely on, and we feel as if they are a genuine extension of our team!

I've had the opportunity to work with HA for many years, and they have been crucial in ensuring the uptime and stability of my clients' websites. If there's ever a concern, and it's out of hours, I feel supported knowing I have a top-class team there for my clients and I don't need to get out of bed!

HA247 has been providing server maintenance and hosting services to one of our larger clients since before we came onto the scene (about 6 years ago). We rely on them to be quietly competent - their servers stay online, the software stays up to date, and we never have any major problems.
