I ordered 2 units. One of them had a small defect.
After contacting customer support this problem got resolved as fast & smooth as possible. Delivery was fast & I got a new unit about a week later. The cassette players work perfectly as intended.

My discerning daughter loved her Christmas present. She highlighted sound and build quality. Expensive perhaps but money wisely spent.

My new walkman was well packaged. After having searched for the answer to which charger I need to charge the walkman before its first use (it's DC and 5 Volts as written on the device, not AC, even though it is mentioned that it's AC in the manual), I charged the walkman's battery and connected my Bluetooth headphones without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised how great the walkman sounds! The only thing that is missing is an auto stop feature at the beginning/end of the tape when rewinding/fast forwarding. Haven't tried recording with it, yet.

This was a brand new product that hadn’t had much review online. I based my trust in purchasing this item on past reviews and praise of the portable cassette product, and the thoughtful responses to the emails I’d sent with questions. I was very pleased with the honest assessments of shipping dates, and was even more pleased when the boombox arrived and was a high quality build + the sound is exquisite.

The Curtis boombox is better than expected! It sounds great and is build like a tank.. I love it
