Only ordered from Webfoodstore one time, but it was a good experience. I ordered a large batch of frozen dinner rolls (10 bags, with a dozen rolls in each bag) on a Sunday morning. I saw that the shipping charge was going to be just as much as the rolls themselves (due to frozen shipping with dry ice) before I completed the order, but was undeterred as I really wanted these particular rolls (a local restaurant serves them, but you can't buy them in local grocery stores). Right after I placed the order, I belatedly looked online for reviews for Webfoodstore, and saw that there were some negative reviews here from customers who had bad experiences ordering frozen items, but everything went fine for me and the rolls arrived on my doorstep this morning (Wednesday) about 72 hours after I had ordered them. So definitely a good experience, and I would order from them again.
Ordered an item. Immediately after ordering (not 5 mins later) requested the item be canceled because it was too expensive.
They send the item anyhow and claim I didnât send them an email. When I forwarded the email they shut down and no longer wanted to help. Contacted bank and they said this is normal for web food restaurant and now my bank is refunding me because of their lack of effort
I have ordered serveral times from Webfoodstore.com and I had no problems with my orders and my shipping was reasonable. I got my tracking within 24 hours and delivery came 2 or 3 days later. I did not order any frozen products though. It seems most negative reviews here are about the cost of frozen shipments and not the actual products. I have not ordered anything frozen yet. I know it can be expensive because of the insulated packaging and the included dry ice and expedited shipping when ordering frozen products. The travel time has to be in 1 or two days. Everything is expensive to ship nowdays anyway. During the covid pandemic all shippers jacked their prices way up and never came back down. Especially to certain states.
Shitty experience, I tried to cancel right after I placed the order just seeing the shipping was more than the order! They claimed they didnât get my 6 emails and no other way to reach them and wouldnât refund the shipping that it was basically my fault. Were very rude and it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed is not! And I still havenât got the order!
Rotten products. No refund.

Will never order from them again. Paid more than the actual order on shipping cost and have yet to receive delivery or shipping notification. The person that responds to emails not helpful at all. 2nd day shipping means i should receive today and a shipping label have not been created yet. Actual order is 172 and the shipping is $178. What a scam
I placed an order from Webfoodstore.com for 6 boxes of 20 tea bags of Twinings Buttermint tea. Instead they sent me Peppermint & Vanilla CrÚme. I did not want Peppermint & Vanilla CrÚme. I have emailed them, requesting a prepaid return label for a product I did not order. Crickets!! So if you want to pay a high price to receive a âsurpriseâ product, instead of what you ordered. This is the place for you.
Updated to 4 stars! Rosie and company did come through with the refund for thawed products ! Took time to completely go through all the systems. I was disappointed about the packaging and shipping, but at times this does happen! Not sure I will order frozen products from them or any other company for that matter! Itâs a chance we all take! I guess I just make poor choices when ordering items online at times. With minor research, I determined webfoodstore.com would be reliable and secure ordering. I placed an order for 5 frozen food items, at fairly high financial price, to be shared. 3 of the frozen items arrived thawing. The other 2, appeared fine. The items were shipped in 2 boxes. Both boxes had 1 empty plastic bag, about the size of a gallon storage bag. Dry ice? Maybe?! There was plenty of paper packaging. I did contact the company indicating the above. After 3-4 days,âRosieâ replied, apologizing for the inconvenience, beginning a refund process. Allow 3-4 days, and she would respond again with the information. After a week, nothing. The 2 items which appeared ok, both had a â funnyâ taste, canât explain, but not right. I would highly recommend NOT buying from this company for frozen items! Apparently, no clue how to ship properly and safely!! Live and learn! I didnât ask for a refund or otherwise. I indicated I would never order from them again! Pathetic! I received the order on April 22, 2024. I gave 2 stars only because they did respond, maybe!
