Waarschuwing! bezint voor je hiermee in zee gaat. Erg trage communicatie. Wanneer je voor het eerst contact opneemt lijkt het allemaal veelbelovend. Snelle integratie etc etc. maar duurt allemaal erg lang. Nadat je je handtekening hebt gezet begint het gezeur. Hebben afgelopen jaar meer dan 1200 euro in geïnvesteerd en er is niks uitgekomen. Waardeloze partij om zaken mee te doen. Niet aan beginnen is mijn advies!

It has been almost a year I am working with Webgains, and the performance of our Affiliates sales is booming. The collaboration with the Team is excellent, and the platform is user friendly and gives a lot of insights.

I had earned commissions with Webgains, but when I tried to withdraw them, I was told that all of my balance had been written off because my account was inactive for more than 12 months.

This is extremely unfair — commissions were legitimately earned, yet Webgains simply decided to keep them. In my opinion, this practice damages trust with publishers.

Most affiliate networks pay out what you’ve already earned, even if you haven’t logged in for a while. With Webgains, instead of transparency and fair treatment, you risk losing your money due to their terms & conditions.

To me, this feels unprofessional and very close to scam behavior. I would warn other affiliates to not working with WebGains

Liam/Steve and the Webgains team did a great job integrating their platform with our website. Once we agreed the T&C's and contract we got the whole thing live in 5 days! Very good.

I personally have worked with Webgains for over 6 months now and can't fault the experience, the platform is easy to navigate and filled with features that allow me to manage our affiliate relationships efficiently, there is an abundance of reports you can access as well. Our account manager Georgia is always on hand if we need anything and constantly providing us with new partners that suit our program.

It was a very quick resolution of the issue, the support was pleasant and left only good impressions.

We are a publishing company working in the healthcare products space. We joined a number of programs (Animigo) advertising a 10% commission to later find out that the commission was changed even if the platform and our dashboard still showed that we were on a 10% commission. The best thing is that they say the commission reduction applied to "discount and coupon sites" and we are not ! So the commission reduction did not apply to us, their platform still showed 10% but obviously the commission on our transactions was calculated at 5% !

30/04/2025 update
It turned out that the program was managed directly by the advertiser (Animigo) and not by Webgains so the (incorrect) change in commission was done autonomously by the advertisers which classified our platform as a voucher codes platform which we are definetely not. Cudos to Webgains for solving the issue and reporting the problem to the advertiser. Webgains also promised to improve the dashboard so that it is made more clear to advertisers which commission applies at any given time.
As a suggestions to fellow advertisers: always check the actual transactions to verify which commission rate has been applied.

Disgraceful experience with Webgains concerning the attribution of sales.

Given Webgains are the experts in affiliate marketing, not once was a de-duplication policy mentioned even after querying some initial concerns over how high our sales were with them (40% at the time). Only then 10 months later when the data showed it was categorically impossible for Webgains to account for 70% of our stores total revenue did we finally switch off media buyers. This meant we had been paying huge sums of commission on sales that clearly weren’t driven by them.

We went from Webgains reporting 70% of our monthly sales to 10-15% when we switched these media buyers off and it didn’t impact our stores revenue at all.

Payments were withheld due to unresolved discrepancies and we tried to sort the matter for 3 months only to receive a solicitors letter demanding payment otherwise things would be taken to court.

Finally after 3 months, Georgina, a client services director got involved of which we went back and forth, disagreeing on the matter. I asked for the final invoice to be sent with the necessary amendments made and had no contact or response for 4 weeks. The next letter I received was a claim made by their solicitors whereby we have to pay additional charges in fees and interest which is down to the complete lack of communication and professionalism from what is meant to be a reputable affiliate programme. I followed up with more emails to get confirmation from Georgina and the finance department and was completely ignored.

Great service
