I've hosted two of my three web domains with Webhosting Pad for years. After major issues with the third, with another company, I am also moving it to Web Hosting Pad. Their people are amazing. They are willing to go above and beyond to help. They are always clear, patient, and available to help. Plus, their prices are lower than most. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Ive use WebHostingPad support for many years now. They have ALWAYS been responsive very QUICKLY and have ADDRESSED all the problems / tickets I have submitted.

I bought the shared hosting on 22th Aug 2023, they ask me to provide my Photo ID. I don't like to do this. Then they cancelled my account. I can't do anything when login. I thought they will return my money automatically. However, a week passed, no money back. Then I contact the live chat, they ask me to contact by email to billing department. I did it, and I opened a ticket.

What a joke is no any reply to me. I contact the 7/24 live chat, they always ask me to contact billing department, no any help. And the ticket was closed too.

At last, I write the last email to them, If they won't refund in a week, I will exposure my terrible experience on Trustpilot. Still no reply. They don't care.

The support is second to none, and what really matter in any business like this is the after-sales support.

I've used Webhostingpad for several years and have always had exemplary service from their support staff. Regardless of time of day, they have responded to tickets very quickly and provide easy and friendly support to every problem I've ever had. I've contacted them via phone, email and web ticketing, and always received excellent help regardless of path to access them. I would highly recommend Webhostingpad.

Tech support responsiveness was great. It took several attempts before the problem was resolved but I appreciate the effort and the patience. I’m satisfied.

I got help very quickly with updating my php version. I had not been able to find the menu option I needed without help.

I bought a VPS server which is $29.95 USD, on 28/05/2023, but they are not approving my account within 24 hours; what a joke! After that, I decided to cancel my account and mail their billing team, but they didn't send any response. Their live chat option is another scam; they are a fraud. Waste of my money till now they have not contacted me.

Still, they have not contacted me; what a joke! I have already sent a lot of emails but they have not contacted me.

I have already contacted my credit card company, but they are not seeing this refund. Why?

Please beware of the company policy now, when you are sign up customer they will serve you good.
When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue,
The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain as i am aware that it is a shared server and this is going to happen.

But to upsell now they are fooling us and asking to buy more space and nodes

The response time when submitting a ticket using the support “tab” from the home page of your dashboard is awesome. Not only do you get an email notification that your ticket has been received the turn-around time of your issue or question is resolved super quick.

I had a bandwidth spike problem causing website and FTP suspensions and called for help in very late night. The support staff responded immediately and helped me set up Cloudflare.com account to monitor future website downloads traffic. We walked through the process step by step until the problems were finally resolved at 2:47AM. Now my website and FTP are working smoothly. Many thanks to Webhostingpad’s support staff!

I have been using this service for more than 8 years and am satisfied.

The support staff responds very quick (always) and resolves your issues whatever you're facing. This is the best thing of webhostingpad. The site performance is also good. Overall i recommend webhostingpad to anyone for their web hosting requirements.

I'm not the brightest person when it comes to managing my domains or websites, however, whenever I encounter any issues all I have to do is submit a ticket with the support staff at Webhostingpad. They are quick to respond and never make me feel like an idiot, more so, they always remedy my issues quickly.
