The team initially thought the setting needed to be in Shopify when the issue was really with the DNS setting in Namecheap. Stacy was able to identify the problem and do the correct settings. This resolved the issue and I was able to set up my email exchange properly with MX, SPF, and other settings. Stacy was diligent and patient enough to understand the issue and resolve it. Thanks a lot, Stacy. It was nice to collaborate with you.

The technical support is very good. They helped me quickly and professionally. My page had errors I couldn't see. The engineer was able to determine the problem and repair it.

There was a problem with website not loading, and the support team resolved the problem through chat soon after reporting the same. Tech support team are good!

They provide a very good customer service.

They kept presenting me Paypal payment authorizations in and after 2021, to the point where they collected the same invoice twice in 2022, and then in 2023 they charged me this year's invoice (even though I had credit from the previous year) not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!

In all, they charged me 3 times too much up to now!!
Fortunately, I was able to recover those 3 payments from this year thanks to PayPal's great service and cooperation!

As to WebHostingWorld, they acknowledged my credit and suggested that I kept it to pay for future years! But when Paypal refunded me my 3 payments, WebHostingWorld SUSPENDED my account, and up to this day they never bothered to reply any of my tickets!

A lousy company. Stay away from them!

P.S. - I have full proof of what I'm stating here, both from their website, and from PayPal.
