I have been having troubles when I'm finished with the survey it will not submit and it is impossible to contact people from the customer service. I clicked ont the button (contact) and it does nothing. I loose points. But, besides that it is nice. I just would want to be able to speak to someone from that company.Thank you!

The surveys are interesting and the people behind the scenes are very polite and helpful when needed. I wish they could fix the postal code thing where it won't except your postal code and you can't move on to do survey. Also I have been having troubles when I'm finished with the survey it will not submit so you may loss out on points. One last little thing is it would be cool if you could get a reward visa worth $30.00 it would help to be able to buy something easier since things seem to be $20.00 or more. I have a great deal of fun doing the surveys it help my day pass by. Thank you again

Web Perspectives n'est plus comme avant!
Il m'arrive, de plus en plus fréquemment, je trouve, d'effectuer des enquêtes dans leur entièreté, sans jamais n'être sortie et lorsque je soumets l'enquête, après la toute dernière question, on m'écrit que malheureusement, il n'y a aucun sondage de disponible en ce moment et ainsi, en conséquence, je ne reçois AUCUNE rémunération pour tout le temps consacré aux nombreuses enquêtes de ce genre... De plus, ces enquêtes sont, à mon avis, de plus en plus longues à réaliser (le temps estimé est souvent, selon moi, un leurre complet!) et je trouve que les enquêtes sont de moins en moins payantes (souvent, seulement 50 ou 75 points de rémunération maximum pour une enquête qui peut prendre facilement 45 minutes à réaliser alors qu'auparavant, des enquêtes similaires payaient aisément entre 125 et 200 points...) et tout ceci, sans compter le nombre de fois que, bien que les enquêtes furent totalement complétées et soumises en bonne et due forme, je n'ai reçu absolument aucun point en récompense malgré tout le temps investi et sans que l'on ne m'ait jamais sortie de ces enquêtes, sous prétexte que, par la suite et lorsque je contacte le service à la clientèle, je ne me qualifiais tout simplement pas pour ces enquêtes mais personne ne m'en a informée et on m'a laissé terminer les enquêtes entièrement, sans me dire que je n'étais "supposément" pas éligible... Qui plus est, si je contacte le service à la clientèle pour leur faire part de cette problématique, parfois, je reçois finalement la totalité de mes points quand même (après un temps énorme perdu à leur écrire...) et j'ai l'impression que lorsqu'on me donne mes points (que j'ai pourtant gagnés et mérités largement puisque je n'ai jamais été sortie par Web Perspectives!), je ne reçois presque plus de sondages de leur part par la suite... Curieux hasards ou coïncidences? Allez savoir!!!

The only thing I don't like about Web Perspectives is not being able to redeem my points for more than one of the same item. I have a lot of points but only have two ecards that interest me.
Extremely Difficult To Use Their Renumerations !!
I have enjoyed doing the reviews for the past six months but when it came time to utilize my $20.00 Virtual Visa Card - it was nearly impossible. Main stores in Canada would not accept - so I had to spend 30 mins. With Amazon transferring it into one of their credits and then using it. Certainly not worth all the hassle and time - sooo - I am sorry but I think I’ll pass on these reviews in the future. Just a heads up for others if they choose that kind of enumeration.
I used to be very happy with this panel until a recent change.

Looks like the end is near for Web Perspectives. I have been a panelist on this panel for around 15 years. Up until very recently, I have had virtually no issues with this company. I always received my rewards without any hassles. But all of a sudden, this time when I wanted to collect my reward, they want me to upload my drivers license ID or some other form of Gov. ID. What??? So they have partnered with an outfit called Veriff. This company will keep your photo ID on file and who knows what else will happen with it. I'll get an email one day saying that there has been a breach and we all know how that story goes. If I would have received a notification within a reasonable amount of time telling me about this HUGE change in collecting the rewards that I worked hard for, maybe I would feel a little less like being taken advantage of. At this point they will not issue MY Gift card unless I comply. They seriously think that for 20 bucks I will just send in my PHOTO ID. Here is a response from them to me regarding this issue.

You can't just think that you can take advantage of people without at the very least, notifying them of upcoming changes.
I'm pretty sure that unless they change this policy, Web Perspectives will be a brand of the past.
Here is an update. I am not entirely sure why, but Web Perspectives reached out to me and told me that they have manually verified my account. So I upped my star rating from 1 to a 3. Before these issues, they were easily a 4 star but now I must hold the line at 3 because of the distress they caused me over this nonsense.
