I recently contacted Wedding Rings Direct to have my ring re-sized after 14 years and they could re-trace my original order. I ordered some different size samples chose the size which suited best then sent my ring for adjustment which came back really quickly. Everything was handled so well from start to finish I cannot praise this company high enough. They are so nice to speak to as well and very professional.
First class company.

My wedding was 4th September in Spain - I had ordered a ring from Ernest Jones start of August, paid for premium service, and then 1.5 weeks before we were due to fly out, I was told it was delayed until end of September.

This prompted me to look around for somewhere else to order a ring - which is where I found WRD.

I placed an order before the bank holiday weekend for a 14ct gold ring.

They contacted me to let me know that I will get an email on Tuesday whether delivery of the 14ct was possible before Friday - as they currently didn't have it in stock in my size.

However, they said that they have an 18ct gold ring in stock, which they will ship out to me on Tuesday if the 14ct is unavailable. At no additional cost.

The customer service was excellent, the empathy from the company was fantastic, and the ring itself was great.

Having got married during the pandemic buying our wedding rings online was quite a daunting thought. However the service and support received from WRD was second to none. The whole process went smoothly, from ordering the sample rings, to deciding on the style of the rings and ordering them. We were both so pleased with the quality of the rings we received and so far continue to be.

Which made the ordering of an engagement ring for my wife's special birthday a no brainer. My wife was involved in the purchase from start to finish. A special mention to Kim who took the time to offer her advice regarding the style of ring my wife eventually chose. We were both very happy with the end product, but I'm making her wait until her birthday before she can wear it.

We purchased our set wedding ring back in 2013 and got married that same year and we were ever so pleased with the service then.
However last month i had to resize my wedding ring and was heart broken when i was informed that the engineer would not able to resize it due to the design of the ring. And we could possibly caused damaged to it. I was heart broken to say the least however Wedding Ring Direct have offered to make an exact replica of my wedding ring at a generous discount.
Again i want to say Thank you to all the Wedding Ring Direct Family and Team for making such an effort and looking after their customers.
I love my new wedding ring and will keep the old one for my daughter to have when she is old enough to have it.

After months of deliberating over rings, and not liking anything from the high street shops, we were left trawling the Internet.
Lots of choice but no way of knowing what the actual ring would look like.
Then we discovered Wedding Rings Direct, and their Sample Service.
We ordered a selection of rings in different styles, weight and widths and took it from there.
They even provided a ring with the finish we wanted so we could see the finished article, even though it was in silver.
Another order of samples and
we were done.
Can't thank them enough for such a wonderful service. A game changer indeed.

Excellent service, good quality products.

Great service and rings have been delivered in the short timeframe we had. WRD sent us a couple of silver sizing rings to ensure we bought the correct sizes.

Bought my ring for our Wedding after 3 months the centre piece came out. I sent email to complain and they told me to send it back and they would sort it. It came back after 2 weeks with the centre piece back in but it was not level or straight? And it looked like it had been rubbed with something abrasive. I have complained but its been 6 days and no reply.

This made it so easy to get our rings sorted! At first we ordered the free sizer to get a judge of the size then jumped right in to ordering our real weddings rings. We quickly got an email from these guys asking if we are sure we don't want to try sample rings first as a wide band looks and fits differently to a sizer! They put our order on hold and sent us the links for the samples in the sizes we had ordered, and thank god! both were too small but they threw in an extra sample gratis so we could be really sure! Our real rings arrived today and fit perfectly! (well mine does, he will try his when he gets home:D ) We are so grateful for the help, advice and service given, we are so happy with our rings!

Wonderful company - great, speedy communication when getting our initial appointment arranged, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful when my fiancé had our appointment to find our perfect rings. A wide range of styles and designs to choose from, beautiful quality rings and we couldn’t be happier with the final rings we chose. They even resized my engagement ring for me and delivery of my resized ring and our wedding rings was super speedy. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Cannot praise highly enough.!! Excellent HONEST company to deal with from start to finish. Great range of beautiful rings, the one purchased ..titanium ...was perfect for my husband. The fitting service is great: they send a free ring sizer and at minimal charge a 'try on ring' if you need to double check size.which can be returned for refund . of tiny charge made.The customer service is brilliant. Simple and efficient service. We ordered samples and made a decision on size and shape quickly. Then placed our order and everything went to plan. Our needs were simple but the service was straightforward and efficient. I couldn’t fault WRD, do exactly what you need them them to do, make great wedding rings and send them directly to you!

Purchased our wedding bands from Wedding Rings Direct recently and cannot fault their service, in fact they went above and beyond for us. Main things: 1) Value for money; always worry about online purchasing for items like this, however was far better priced than high street jewellers. 2) Quality of product; very happy with how the rings look and came out. 3) Speed of delivery; came through very quickly. 4) Customer service - exceptional, we had decided that we wanted to engrave our rings & I had actually made an error when instructing them on the engravements, I asked them what could be done to fix this & as it was my error had feared the worst, but their team was so understanding and simply requested us to return the rings to be changed. They then made the amendments very quickly and had returned the rings to us within a few days, incredible, thank you so much to you and your team.

I ordered a wedding band for my wedding at the beginning of August.
Less than one month wearing the ring and the silver has gone.
I am left with a grey, cheap looking piece of tin.
And before you jump straight to the excuses of cleaning products and a manual labour job, I do not have a manual labour job and I wear rubber gloves when cleaning.
I have emailed in pictures as I am very very disappointed with the quality.

A few years ago I bought my partner a beautiful chunky, hammered ring. The service from start to finish was impeccable!
To keep cost down the service asks you to re-post back the ring size gauges which is a great way of purchasing a first class ring at a reasonable price.
Fast forward a few years and my partner is suffering with arthritis on the ring finger. I phoned to ask about a re-size and was advised by a lovely person on the phone this would be ok to do.
Email sent, ring gauge sent the day after and our ring sent back for re-size which will be around a week to complete.
From the phone call to the overall service excellent!! Very pleased.
Don’t worry about an online ring choice from this lovely company.

Excellent service from start to finish and a lovely men’s gold wedding ring purchased painlessly. Also took advantage of the sample service which was really easy and reasonably priced. Ring was good value as had a direct comparison of another handmade quote, and was very impressed with the end result. Will never need to use again hopefully, but would happily do so in any other context!

One to one bespoke service to create our very individual wedding rings. Excellent communication throughout. Unfortunately I reacted to the metal I chose, however the incredibly fast and quick service I recieved to coat the ring was above all expectations. 100% recommend! I cannot thank the team enough.
