Great mugs ("I love Swindon" motif), good quality, delivered as a present for a longstanding departing excellent tenant and family - arrived on time, and at a fair price. A perfect reminder of their time in lovely Swindon!!

Arrived quickly. Unfortunately one of the mugs had a hairline crack inside on the bottom but one quick email and a replacement arrived by the next post so excellent customer service. The mugs themselves seem to be of decent quality and size, I think the best feature is the fact that they have good sized handles which means I can get a good firm grip with no danger of the backs of my fingers touching a hot mug.

Website is really easy to use. Mug arrived incredibly well wrapped.
