Great service every month when I come to collect my prescription. A lot better than the previous pharmacies I have used locally in the past. Well done guys, keep up the good work !

Very slow at processing customers don’t seem to know we’re anything is people coming in and walking out because of waiting time no staff.

Prescription sent from Drs a week ago

Prescription sent from Drs a week ago, when I went to collect on Saturday was told some of medication was unavailable due to a problem with suppliers. Asked to go back Tuesday which I did. Still no medication. Asked when available but didnt know so . My Drs phoned this morning to be told medication wouldnt be available for two more weeks. Why wasnt I told this. The member of staff was very rude . Also the wrong medication has being given to me twice in the last twelve months and I have luckily noticed and had to return it for the correct medication. No more text alerts etc when my medication is ready. This pharmacy has gone right down hill in the last eighteen months possibly due to the calibre of staff serving you !

Shocking service

Shocking service - prescription left for over 7 hours and still not prepped. Started to prep when I returned to collect.

Then have to wait while the pharmacist completed a consultation - other people having to do the same.

Shocking

This pharmacy has gone down hill , shocking service rude staff, phone ringing off the wall never appears to be answered, it was once a great pharmacy but sadly no longer

Disappointing Service

After using this location for more than 12 months, struggle to accept how poor the service is.
Staff turnover appears high and disorganised to the point of now having to look elsewhere.
Not sure what the management structure is like as typically it takes them a number of days to process a signed off doctors prescription. When you go in the pharmacy there’s usually along queue despite a number of staff standing around. It’s not unusual for items to be out of stock or missing from the pre prepared items causing return visits.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. This pharmacy has gone down hill since I first started using this. No acknowledgment of customers. Incorrect charges. Service slow. Would not recommend!!

They are cutting there methadone with…

They are cutting there methadone with oramorph which is only active for 6 hours putting ex heroin users at massive risk of relapse ruining communities and families, it has the taste of oramorph and is not even green, someone needs to do something!!!!!!!!!!

Over a month wait and 3 visits each…

Over a month wait and 3 visits each time of over 30 minutes to be told they don’t have the tablets. Shockingly bad!

Been again today after receiving text to say it’s ready but still no tablets and another 30 minute wait!

Great service under the circumstances

Went to well pharmacy on wetherby road today, very busy due to backlog of prescriptions and limited staffing due to covid but they were great. So many people being rude and they dealt with it really well considering their circumstances and processed things as quickly as they physically could. Amazing!
