This company is fraudulant!
I was sent an email offering some kind of deal and, while I didn't notice any change in my symptoms the first time I used it, I thought I'd check out the offer. I clicked on the "click here" link in the email and was instantly charged for an order. I immediately contacted the company asking to cancel and stating I did not place an order and was told they couldn't cancel but I could return the items "easily". When I received the package and tried to return it, they started offering me a 40% refund instead, stating I would have to pay the return shipping! On a product I did NOT order?! When I filed a dispute with PayPal I was told they had also set me up with a subscription! Unreal. This company is a scam. If they really trusted their product they wouldn't have to trick people into purchasing.

I love the wellaray supplement

Wellaray supplements
The supplements have helped my bloating and I think they help alongside my HRT for my perimenopausal symtoms. The only downside so far is the price anx the wait to get your supplements. Overall I'm happy.

I ordered on may 4 2025 and never…
I ordered on may 4 2025 and never received my order. It was lost at customs. They kept telling me to wait. There was no carrier information to contact. I contacted 5 times about this, the last message told me they were sorry but they can’t help me because it was over 30 days since the last tracking, even though i was contacting them during that 30 days. I only wanted carrier information or my $ back. They couldn’t help me.

This company will never let you return…
This company will never let you return their product. Once you place an order you won’t be able to return it. I tried to cancel an order 10 minutes after placing it and was told the order was already shipped! I don’t believe that! Stay away for this company!

This company is terrible to return or cancel !! I have an email stating no future orders are cancelled! Yet today I receive email wanting to confirm order being sent out! I guess I’m going to have to take this to the higher ups! I will tell everyone I can to never do business with this lying cheating company!!

Menopause
I had a hysterectomy and at 52 years old, I was really struggling with menopause. When I started taking Wellary supplements, I was genuinely surprised—and incredibly happy—to feel such a significant improvement within the first week. Ripped again!
Despite being under the impression that I had cancelled directly with the company via email in December 2024, I have yet again been charged another $140 AUD! Emailed them before any of their emails were received to request a refund and cancellation of the order. Of course, they can't do that...they would have to give me my money back. The product made no difference to me in the slightest and now I have more, expensive, non-beneficial items on the way despite advising them BEFORE anything was shipped or gathered to be shipped. Not a good company to deal with really. Not only is a refund not possible, as they state it may be, they just will not do it! Finally cancelled any further deductions via PayPal. Seems to be the only way to protect yourself.
