Scam- double charges, wrong quantity and bad customer service
I had an awful experience ordering from this company. At checkout, I was shown one price, but they charged me significantly more—and not just once, but twice! When I received my order confirmation, I saw that they had also doubled the quantity without my consent.
I immediately contacted customer service to cancel, but they claimed the order had already been packed and shipped within minutes. Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me my only option was to return the items and request a refund. Given the number of similar complaints from other customers, this seems like a shady business practice rather than an honest mistake.
I highly advise against ordering from this company. Their deceptive pricing, unauthorized charges, and unhelpful customer service make for a frustrating and costly experience. Buyers beware!

Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!! I tried to reach out to the company "Wellaray" to inform them that the product was NOT delivered at my mailbox. I just keep getting an email saying that it was delivered at my mailbox, but I never received it.
In addition to that, I only purchased 3 bottles for $50.00 dollars and they charged me another 3 bottles for $30.00 dollars??? I ended up paying $80.00 dollars for not receiving anything at all.
All the company "Wellaray" says is filed a claim with USPS??😡😡😡

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
I made an order back in Dec 2024... I ordered 3 bottles, was charged $80 AUD and then straight away was charged another $141.65 AUD, for what I didn't know!!! I emailed them straight away to cancel the whole order and requested a refund stating they had charged me for something I didn't know about... They dodged my emails and after several emails from me later they finally responded by saying it was for an extra 6 bottles (which I did not order!!!!) and it was too late as the order had already been sent. I then informed them that I wanted it all cancelled and I didn't want to hear from them again......... until the other day when they took out more money which I DID NOT CONFIRM EVER and asked for the whole thing to be cancelled!!!! I have emailed them but I am sure it will be the same old story that it is too late and that they have already processed and sent....
I have notified my bank and shut down my account so they CAN NOT STEAL FROM ME AGAIN!!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AND TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS!!!!

This site is a scam don’t trust it. I ordered one course and they billed me and sent three more. Attempted to cancel immediately but they then claimed it was already packed. A untrustworthy site so order at your own risk to be scammed.

This company is trash upon ordering…
This company is trash upon ordering these products they took it upon themselves to add more products to my order. I email them 3 times they ignore me. I'm asking for a refund because of the way they took $73 out of my account for something I didn't order all I want is a slip to get my refund

great experience using this product
i was hesitant on taking these capsules at first but so pleased i did i have less hot flashes more energy and my sleep schedule is so much better i think if you have not already tried them give it a try
