I was just about to order three bottles, but the reviews here are scary. It's a real shame how vulnerable women get taken advantage of by all sorts. Pass...Why on earth are you people trying to charge my card when I have not even confirmed the purchase??? Thank God for my bank, they have blocked you and so have I. Very fraudulent company!

I wrote a review on here, I was told I would get a full refund if I took Down the negative review . I took it down I was then told by wellaray can’t give you a refund because you have a charge back on the account... surprise still waiting for the refund , had a runaround with my bank and pay pal both say there is no charge back I feel I was scammed. My previous review : I ordered 1 bottle to try. I was signed up for 6! And a reoccurring monthly order! My order was $19.95...ended up being $170...they don't tell you it's American dollars. I contacted them within a minute only to be told the order had already been sent..how efficient! Has to be the only company in the world to have their orders done so quickly. I contacted pay pal only to be told sorry they were in the right..1 month down the track I received the parcel I have not lost any weight or even felt better in myself...yes I believe they are scammers! I was offered 20% refund ..never seen that either..buyer beware !

This company is so fraudulent!! DO NOT Order from this company. I never signed up for a subscription service and they keep billing me without my consent. Even emailing them isn't legit. I'm going to sue them properly! You all have done wrong by me as a consumer! I have a lawyer and will get them in big trouble! Stop billing me and sending me orders I never submitted!! I will add this review to yelp and all platforms!!!!!!! Beware everyone!!

Beware of ordering from here!
At no point during the order process are you able to see your basket to see exactly what has been added. You are taken from screen to screen being prompted to order more items and when those pushes to add more items finally stop the order is then completed and payment made without any way of seeing what you have ordered!! This is very confusing and misleading and most probably illegal.
I contacted WELLARAY to amend my order immediately after the transaction but they said it had already shipped which of course is a blatant lie!
I shall refer this issue to consumer rights for them to investigate further!

Honestly, I had super high hopes for this. The company not only charged me in USD they offered no response. It's been a month of waiting now with very round n circle email communication. After almost a month my product still says waiting to be dispatched..... guessing they are preying on women suffering. Save yourself the grief and try something else. I have requested a refund multiple times and no response only sorry to hear that I am still waiting and thank you for your patience. Horrible experience all round.

So update, they contacted me, got the same response oh we do apologise. I replied with my issue, no response yet again be very Weary guys. Hopefully they will come to the party with a refund for all the muck around and to this day .... NO PRODUCT I even said to them if I actually get the products and they work I will gladly retract my review and continue purchase. Horrid Customer service

Hola realmente ya reclame mi pedido como tres veces , lo compre el 31 de diciembre del 24, vi el movimiento hasta el 18 de enero 25 hasta que llego al país y nunca más tuve noticias, encima es como que me embolvieron con una publicidad yo quería mis productos y me los volvieron a cobrar y también la página de seguimiento no muestra mucho movimiento, realmente creía wie era algo serio, pero me equivoque.

Hace más de un mes q hice mí pedido... pedí una cosa y me cobraron otra cuando reclamé me dijeron q ya no había posibilidades de reembolso...lo compré el 01 de Enero y todavía lo estoy esperando...y el último seguimiento dice q llegó al país el 22/01 y nunca más se movió de ahí...la verdad me siento estafada!!!

Following 14 emails going back and forth, Wellaray said " After careful consideration, we would like to make an exception and offer a full refund for your 5313024360656. However, as part of this resolution offer, we kindly request that you consider removing the review you posted about your experience with us. Your cooperation in removing the review will help us ensure that our service reflects the positive resolution we've offered."
Only if I remove this review will they refund the money they took, unauthorised!!
So I removed the review, for them to then say, because you have a charge back logged with your bank we can't process your refund, spoke to the Bank had the charge back removed. They still can't refund. Enough now!! No more wasting my time. Such a shame the Company behaves this way.

Ordered Welleray Tumeric & probiotics, felt a real difference with them. I then received an email offering me a 30% discount and free shipping, so for 3 bottles £29.95. However, they then charged me, £29.95 plus £33.50... Don't know what the £33.50 is for so went back on to the promotional email, just to check I hadn't missed something, DID NOT place another order, or go to checkout but then received another email "order confirmation" and they have taken another £33.50. I sent 2 emails, no response, found out from PayPal that the company is on a reoccurring transaction, so that had to be stopped. Still awaiting my refund of £67.00 at least, let alone the time I have spent online and on the phone trying to sort it out. What a shame, great product but will not be ordering again, as I can't afford for them to take money.

Finished my 3 month course and not a slight loss of weight or reduced bloating, no changes in any way, shape or form.

Very good solution and the best for a prompt release of stomach inflamation. Use them every day and sure will workout with best results.

SCAMMERS. Do not use this company. I purchased because I thought it was risk free them having a money back guarantee. The goods never arrived after a month. I asked for my money back as they lied to me about them not being allowed to talk to the courier company and they just sent out the goods again. They didn't work and I asked for a refund with the money back guarantee - they said it didn't apply to me (it did). Then they tried to add additional conditions to the return not in the Ts & Cs. Then they suggested they would only be refunding the unopened bottles.

These suplements have helped me out a lot with everything like better sleeping , feeling a lot better and with menopouse

The product came right away and I noticed it helped my hot flashes right away! It also is helping me with weight loss! Overall a great product!

I was double charged and requested a refund and never heard from them ! Now I am some how signed up for a subscription I never agreed to! I will be contacting the bbb and filing a complaint ! You can’t just charge people’s card that is stealing and no phone number to contact this company. I am highly pissed off !! Theives

A TOTAL SCAM!!!! Do not trust this company!! They take your money, email you to buy more while NEVER sending your original order. I have been waiting since November 2024 and it is now February 2025. A total scam that uses peoples insecurities about their bodies changing through menopause

This is a terrible company, I added 2 bottles of wellaray to my basket and proceeded to checkout, I had to plough through loads of offers that kept popping up before I could finally purchase. I have know been charged for 2 separate orders and charged different prices so it was no accidental duplicate. I’d stay clear, I’m trying to fight for my money back as it’s theft, I did not authorise 2 transactions and to top it all off the transaction I didn’t make had been set up as a direct debit. I contacted them straight away only to be told it was to late to cancel the order!! Wishing I’d stayed clear
