I had a very last‑minute request for some printing ahead of an event, and the team were absolutely brilliant. They turned everything around incredibly quickly, kept me informed throughout, and made the whole process stress‑free.
The sign‑off process was seamless too, the printing arrived on time and was great quality exactly what we needed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Thank you for such fantastic service.

We have used weprintlanyards about 4 times now for custom lanyards and name cards for conferences that we put on. I cannot recommend them enough! They are quick, reliable, their website is pretty easy to use to create what you need. Big shoutout to Emma, who answers their phones - she is amazing, so friendly and helpful and just engaging with her prompted me to give them a review - excellent customer service! 👏

The low reviews are from a while ago as far as I can see. If you need custom work done quickly, they have very quick turnaround times. Always double check your order and sign off on the designs, you can phone them to chat about how things will look when printed and they will make sure you are happy before you print. They move quickly!

Ordered a simple PVC card for a cosplay, and not only did it arrive quite literally just a few days later (with just normal economy shipping) but it was cheap and also has better quality than my photo ID card that I got from my university 😭. Absolutely incredible and will definitely order from again if needed ✨

I was slightly apprehensive about ordering from this company because there are a lot of low star reviews - however I went with We Print Lanyards because they were the only company I could find that had no minimum order. I only needed 10 lanyards so thought I'd give them a go. I am pleased to say the lanyards arrived exactly when they were expected to, and the final product looks great/just as expected. Thanks!

Emma was very helpful and did her best, but it was clear she was stretched thin, being on her own due to staff sickness and juggling multiple live chats and calls at once.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was impacted by this. Although I was told that if I purchased the ID badge on the same day they would be shipped that day due to the urgency, this didn’t happen. When I followed up the next day because Royal Mail hadn’t received them yet, I was told they were too busy, and the items weren’t actually dispatched until Friday, meaning I didn’t receive them in time for our event even when being promised on the phone that this would happen and paying for £5.75 for Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked

Additionally, the colours on the ID badges weren’t quite right, so I’ll be looking to use a different company for future orders.

My experience with We Print lanyards was great! Emma was incredibly helpful. Ups marked the items as delivered even though they were not; they did the same again for a second time! Emma was incredibly helpful and persistent with Ups delivery company to ensure they were delivered to us in time for the event! The quality of the lanyards is fab and were perfect for our event!

Very unhelpful and frankly quite dismissive customer service from their point of contact Emma. This company reserves the right to print inaccurate colours, hiding behind a disclaimer that 'RGB colours cannot be verified for accuracy'. This is both disappointing and, in my view, shows a genuine lack of respect for customers' time and money. A poor experience overall - will not reccomend.

Lanyards look great and speedy delivery.

I used their DIY design service to create IDs for multiple members of staff.

The poor interface meant that it took a very long time to design the ID cards.

I saved all the cards. When I went to order the saved cards, all of my work had disappeared. I phoned and was told that unless the order is moved to the next stage of ordering the cards, and an order number is generated, the ID card designs are not actually saved.

Even though the website says they are saved. Apparently, it's an issue. Total waste of my time.

Oh, what a delightful experience!

Following their totally clear and straightforward terms and conditions, I gave my enthusiastic approval for the design, and surprise, surprise—the final product was a charming surprise that had absolutely nothing to do with what I approved.

Naturally, I politely inquired about this little mix-up and asked them to magically fix it, but they graciously declined my request.

The lanyards turned out to be a work of art—so utterly stunning and functional that I simply can't wait to use this company's services again… NOT

We have only ever used WePrintLanyards.com for our requirements, however it is clear that they do not value repeat customers.

As a print company they shockingly only use an RGB palette for colour referencing and when the print colour is inaccurate they deny liability despite overwhelming evidence supporting a claim.

Emma Hinkley in particular was ridiculously patronising and lacked in any degree of customer service, failing to offer a solution acceptable for all.

A disappointing outcome to one of many orders we have placed. Based on the service we received, we would struggle to recommend this company if you require lanyards of a specific colour or a positive customer experience.

Placed a small order of 25 lanyards. Spoke with online agent via chat and was asked for my logo to ensure that they were matched to our colour. Sent logo in chat and was asked to send via email, which I also did whilst still on chat. What has arrived is nothing like the colour I requested but just getting excuses from after sales.

Offered 25% discount to reprint but what has arrived is not what I ordered so why should I have to pay again!

Wish I'd read the other reviews before placing my order, will never use them again for anything.

Unfortunately the after sales experience was not great. The logo was quite faint and they suggested thicker lines. This was not done on the finished product. On querying this I sent a screenshot showing their suggestion and below that my approval of the suggestion. Despite this I was told I’d approved the original design. The larger order will now be done elsewhere!

Really great website, easy to use tools and lightning fast production and delivery. Would recommend! :)

Used WPL for lanyards a few times. No issues with the product and they arrive within the specified time. A good website to use and will use again.

This company went above and beyond to help print a single lanyard to help my son with his GCSE work. Extremely grateful for Charlotte and Rachel for all of their efforts. The lanyard arrived on express delivery and looks absolutely perfect. Very grateful.

Great experience! I ordered myself a new ID card and it got delivered the next day which I didn't expect at all so I got surprised a bit. The quality is perfect and I see no issues at all. Overall very pleasant experience so I really recommend this business!

AVOID! Disgusting customer service! Their lanyard quality is embarrassing to be worn! We ordered large a quantity and we used the colour tool on their website to make our order, their tool is evidently unreliable and we ended up having a different colour. They continued to ignore our emails and refused to provide a viable solution and we had to revert to the Ombudsman Services who will be investigating their misconduct

Very unreliable and bad customer service, the company is a scam and they will try to rip you off. Thank god I managed not to do business with them. Avoid these dodgy guys.
