I am at a total loss with this garage - I have tried to work with them, but they have had a family members car for over six weeks. A Nissan used approved car sold to us that needed a service and MOT-within three months - no offer to do this prior to purchase.
Promised used approve warranty took months to sort out, no sales invoice and to cap it all when the car was taken to them for repair, the service team sent a video showing the car needed over £2000 of repairs - no more than 4 months into ownership.

What is strange is that the video identified brakes needing replacement, perished tyres etc but the car still passed its MOTat Wessex garages without any advisories.

Have been promised a call back since over a week - no update nothing.

Will give until tomorrow, if no call next stop is Nissan UK along with the video.

Zoe made our experience really enjoyable she is informative and supportive through what can be a daunting experience. I am delighted with the car, which Zoe gave me a lot if advice on it is my first electric car so her guidance was really appreciated. This is my second car with wessex and I returned as I wanted to deal with Zoe again. In fact whilst she's in sales I would go to wherever she was. The whole experience was 10 out of 10.

Avoid this place at all costs - terrible experience and zero customer service . First car we had 2018-21 no problems but car 21-24 the experience would have been zero if it was an option .In terms of customer service the Nissan 'brand manager ; ( you couldn't make it up !) e mailed me 4 weeks ago saying 'Please feel free to come back to me with any further questions you may have but has never responded . Funny though how e have been bombarded with texts,calls and e mails when they are selling something !! Just so disappointed in the lack of professionalism ,accountability , empathy and lack of customer service . On a positive note we went to Renault City motors where the customer experience from when we went in the door has been 10/10 and our new scenic is due very soon -- something this branch of Nissan could learn from .

Booked a service with them collect the car from my home. It’s a Mobility Car so no problems but they failed to turn up
My wife is having cancer treatment and this caused me major problems . When I phoned to complain . No apology or reason booked agai for 2nd Sept not turned up , no contact or reply to-phone call. Will never buy Nissan again .

Unprofessional and chaotic, we had travelled over 70 miles to view a car first seen online, then stood around in the office for 20 minutes before the keys could be found. The viewing went well and the valuations and exchange figures obtained by salesperson AJ were in the range expected. When I phoned yesterday to arrange date to return with my car (3yrs,FSH,11month MOT) and exchange, AJ was not in office and the guy I spoke to refused to honour figures given 2 days before and wanted another £2500.
Fortunately other honourable dealerships out there but such a waste of my time....

Had my Kia serviced Saturday morning lady on service reception was so informative and polite car was ready when said and cleaned ..I have had services with other dealers over the years and mostly steering wheel and controls would be smeared with oil..my car was spotless inside and out..thanks again Wessex garage penarth road Cardiff

Having previously purchased a car from Wessex Garages without any problems they were our first choice for providing a replacement vehicle. The sales team were attentive, friendly and took time to explain the nuances of trading in our current car for the new one. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is considering a new car purchase.

I've purchased all my previous cars from Wessex Garage on Penarth Road. I've always gone to Jake Ruckley whose experience in sales is amazing.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the sales and marketing team at Wessex Garages Nissan Gloucester. The level of false advertising and incompetence I encountered was appalling.

Firstly, they advertised a Nissan Qashqai Acenta with a nil advance payment, which was the main reason I contacted them. However, after numerous follow-ups, I was informed that this offer was never available. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is not only misleading but downright unethical. It appears that they engage in such practices solely to attract potential customers under false pretenses.

Furthermore, the customer service was abysmal. The team was unresponsive, and when they did reply, their answers were vague and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in pushing other, less favorable deals rather than addressing my original inquiry.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and mistrustful of their business practices. I strongly advise potential customers to be wary of the promises made by this dealership. Trust and transparency are crucial in customer relationships, and unfortunately, Wessex Garages has failed miserably on both counts.

Ross & Craig were fantastically helpful, and fixed a problem that occurred so fast, I am 💯% happy how they delt with the problem and how they fixed it. I will definitely be a returning customer. P.s I so love my new car 🚗 😍

I Recently purchased a new Nissan leaf through Josh Gibbs (sales executive). I found the whole process to be first class and the support from Josh exceedid my expectations, and thank for his help and support.

was looking for a replacement Nissan Ariya and had been looking all over Scotland and found a couple at Wessex garages and this was followed up by Melanie from the Cardiff garage and she was exceptional and made the experience the best I’ve ever had from a car garage. Very professional, followed up when she said she would, explained everything clearly and pulled out everything to get an amazing deal on a car and saved me a thousands if I bought from a local Nissan dealer. Melanie even managed to get it delivered to Scotland in a couple of days since I wasn’t able to collect. If you are buying a car from this garage I would highly recommend insisting on dealing with her, you won’t be disappointed.

And the Joe answered any questions I had regarding the many technical benefits the vehicle had to offer.
