Excellent service Yesterday was my 3 monthly hygiene check up with Sam. Brilliant, she explained everything, again good advice and most of all, no discomfort . Thank you to all the staff, looking forward to my next appointment in January. Excellent service and friendly helpful staff.

Just really nice people to deal with. They take into account any ability problems you might have. Never overcrowded or rushed. Large car park just a short walk away.

Just had three root extractions with stitches on one side no worries.The procedure was painless and explained clearly and in full.I'm on my second day recovering and have no need for pain suppresents.All in all,a positive outcome. Thanks to the team,Tony Williams,Prenteg

Sitting here a day after having 7 teeth removed and a denture fitted. No pain, no bleeding!! Kind, informative and sympathetic procedure, what more could you want!!

I am no longer scared of visiting the dentist as my new dentist is amazing! She is positive and helpful and reassuring…which is exactly what you need when you are terrified! Highly recommend! The rest of the staff are lovely too and the receptionist is always fantastic with both myself and my daughter.

It’s always welcoming when I walk into West End Dental, Porthmadog.
The waiting room is pleasant and well appointed, with a tv screen so you can keep up with breaking news.
The treatment rooms are pleasant and air conditioned, again with a screen showing natural scenes to take your mind off the procedure.
My dentist is very gentle and explains exactly what will happen so my natural anxiety is reduced.
I always feel like I know what to expect and have confidence in the dentist. Thank you for the first rate treatment I’ve received.
