Certain aspects of apartment design are impractical and can be improved but overall experience has been good, especially thanks to the Sales (Christine, Lee, and Teresa) and Customer Service Team (Charlotte)!

Very impressed with the viewing, professionalism and positive attitude. All apartments are well maintained and presented.

Kind courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. It is so much better to have a face to face conversation, too much is done online now and that puts you off.

Completely Professional and yet personal experience. Valerie knows her stuff. We found her to be knowledgeable and thorough, completely up to date on spec and legal requirements. Easy to deal and all our enquiries were addressed. It has been a successful venture. ( I’m not involved with WH in any way)

I have had an amazing experience with Weston Homes. From start to finish I received excellent expert advice, help and support. My Sales Consultant Judy at the Tayfen Court development has been marvellous, informative and a huge part of my journey to purchasing my new home. Her colleague Valerie also played a key role in ensuring that my experience of purchasing the property ran smoothly. This was an all round positive experience and I am happy with the service delivered by Weston Homes.

I bought Flat in Edmund Rise, Abbey Quay (Barking) in December 2024. While I was sold the dream at the point of sale, dealing with Weston Homes Customer Services and their property management company, Encore (a complete nightmare in itself), has been an absolute horror story.

My latest issue: wall cracks appeared a month after moving in. Weston Homes told me to wait for the walls to dry out and they would fix them later. I waited 1.5 years in good faith and raised it again alongside a shower panel defect.

They sent a technician, on 18 August to inspect both issues. He told me directly that he would report back and get them fixed. After two weeks of total silence, I had to chase them for an update—only to be told the technician never passed anything on and to send photos instead.

Customer Services then evaluated the photos remotely and contradicted their own technician's on-site findings. They seem to have accurately assessed a crack width as fine as 3mm from a photo (really? I didn't know that technology had advanced so much!) and blamed the shower panel damage on "harsh cleaning products"—blatantly refusing to fix either based purely on photographs.

This is the appalling level of service you can expect after you buy. Save yourself the regret and do not buy from Weston Homes.

I am a fist time buyer and went to Tayfen Court to understand more about the homes there. I had a great conversation with Valerie who was open and honest about all of my options. She made me feel reassured and supported, especially as a first time buyer. She was also happy to answer all my questions about buying a property. I would highly recommend coming and having a chat as a first time buyer, even if you are not 100% interested in a Tayfen Court property.

Had a really great experience with Liliana and Harriet at Jasper Wharf. Both were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of their way to answer all my questions and make the process as easy as possible.

I’ve viewed a few properties recently, and the quality of the apartment and development really stood out. The team have also been really responsive and understanding of my situation, particularly as I’m hoping to move and complete as quickly as possible.

Really appreciate all their help so far and would definitely recommend speaking to them if you’re considering Jasper Wharf!
