The suit has already been returned, and was returned as 'unused', and I have some feedback.
I have been a customer of yours for several years now. Usually, the quality of the hired suits we have received have been much higher. However, this suit fell well below a 'hire standard' and most certainly nowhere near 'hire then buy' suitability. We were not impressed by the state of the suit, full of holes, and showing signs of being heavily used for more than one season.:
The suit has holes around the knee and had the look of being very worn out. The suit was dirty and sandy when we received it.
Interestingly, there is a sticker 'name' label for someone called "Jonny”, on the inside. We were sent the exact same suit in 2025 and I have a record of this. At that time, I also recorded the same issues, holes, wear and tear, on the return form.
In all, a real disappointment and not usable in this state. This suit should really have been retired a long time ago and most certainly not suitable for hire. I don't believe your service is meant to be a lottery, luck of the draw but this is what we have received, and I hope you agree, that this is substandard to the usually high-quality suits you have for hire, that potentially, could have been a sale as well at the end of the of the hire.
I have previously bought a wet suit I actually hired from WFH and was very happy with it. I would normally recommend your Wetsuits For Hire service, but I am now reluctant to do so. I have also emailed the same message to two named mailboxes as well as the 'info' mailbox with some photos of the substandard wetsuit.

I had a problem with my delivery Wich was no fault of the company. And they helped me track down this parcel straight away. The drysuit was packaged well , size accurate and complete worked.

Easy to use and really good value and arrived on time and easy return process. Tried to call a few times in run up to hire to discuss but unable to get through. Otherwise service excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Katy's service was superb. The website is so easy to use, the sizing guides are so helpful and the equipment arrived a day before my hire period. I had an amazing event day, the wetsuit fitted perfectly, much more comfortable that I expected. It was then very easy to return it back to them. I cannot recommend it enough!

Arrived in advance of when I expected. Clear instructions for sizing, although I think I should have sized down, not up, as I fall between sizes. Wetsuit hire was a great way to see if I wanted one longer-term and got me in the sea at 12°C, which I couldn't have done otherwise. Very prompt reply to my email about the returns process.
A great concept backed by great service - I will certainly use this again.
