I Placed my order. Then got an email claiming they didn’t have the tyres in stock and there would be a 1-2 week delay. 2 weeks went by I heard nothing. I called and spoke to customer services who said my order will be ready in just a few days.Another half a week passed. I called again and spoke to an extremely rude customer service agent that threatened me with “if I cancel they will charge me a 25% restocking fee”. At week 3 I have just managed to cancel the order when they told me it would be another few days. When I ordered the package deal online initially it said 1-3 working days for delivery nothing about needing to import the order from Europe and me being. Left with nothing after 3 weeks. And the attitude from customer service staff is awful. I definitely Won’t order from them again.

Had an issue with my relatively new Brompton, which I couldn’t resolve myself. Adrian at Wheelbase diagnosed the problem and dealt with Brompton to obtain replacement parts. The service was quick and easy and I really appreciate the quick turn around. Great service from a very busy and knowledgeable workshop team.

I recently purchased a new Cannondale from Wheelbase and the price was quite simply outstanding. The service and delivery matched the price and I would very happily use Wheelbase again.

Every aspect was seamless, the selection, order, and fulfilment of the order all handled with care. The bike was delivered when promised, it was exceptionally well packaged, lots of support was provided in terms of instructions for the few elements of assembly needed and the after care support provided by Matt has been 5 star all the way - highly recommended!

Ordered some headphones online & they arrived the next day (free delivery!) Then decided I’d prefer the newer version so ordered them & again they arrived the next day. When I returned the originals communication was great, and the refund was processed quickly

I spoke to a guy,in the Kendal shop,
He said to me,we have the Amflow PR carbon,pro,£5400,wow i said great.
I got straight back, on the phone,i was so pleased,excited,jumping up and down,so happy,told 9 emtb guys i was getting this bike,1 in the group,had last years,model.
I was impressed with its performance.
I paid Wheelbase £2700,up front,to keep the bike,
I wasTold the bike would be, with them in Darlington shop,wed/thurs,that week.
So i waited until,Tue/ Wednesday,i wrang,asking if my bike was ready.
Went quite,no answer.
I wrang back on several occasions.
Eventually the cumbria shop guy come on,tells, me this PR PRO, was sold to someone else after i paid the £2700.
I was devastated,after complaining they offered £250 credit.
I was pissed off, the fact WHEELBASE took my £2700.
And sold to someone else, after i paid this money.
Attitude of the lads,after i complained.
The last idiot tried to shout,me down,when i said wanted my £2700 back,i call him big voice,told me it could take upto 10 days,to get my money back.
Honest dont touch them.
