Bought race wheels so I haven’t ridden them yet, Shipping was fast and the wheels look/feel great! Packaged very well

The only reason I gave 4 stars vs. 5 was due to the fact that I was not informed when the wheels were shipped. I love the Elemental Wheelset and received great customer service when I contacted the company. I have recommended Wheelscience to others that want to upgrade.

I purchased the ELEMENTAL 88-88MM-DISC WHEELSET. Great service and prompt responses received throughout. So far very happy with the wheels. Only problem was the front wheel was not true on arrival. A bike shop visit was needed.

Amazing set of wheels, myself and 3 friends bought a set each for Ironman Wales and we were all amazed by the performance. The wheels roll so smothly and the customer service has been amazing.

Wheels were shipped and received in excellent condition. Everything was included as advertised to get up and rolling in no time!
And they look freaking awesome! Thank you

The wheel are everything and more

I was searching for a set of training and race wheels for my new TT bike and came across Wheel Science. The website offers a lot of information and pictures to get a great understanding of the science within their products. This helped me tremendously as I want to understand the data behind the design. The day the wheels arrived I was first impressed with the quality of the packing. The wheels were surrounded in a cloud of air via high end bubble wrap and secured tightly in the box. Once I pulled the wheels out my jaw dropped at how beautiful and lightweight they were. They arrived in perfect condition and included all the amenities to set them up. The finish of the carbon is impressive and once you experience your first mile on these hoops you’ll feel how special they truly are. Comparing them to my set of Zipp 808s I immediately could tell the difference with the Wheel Science wheels. Buttery smooth in the wind and easy to turn up the power and push them forward... they just respond with a spring to the pavement and you will fly! You will not be disappointed. What a game changer in a market full of hype and marketing, Wheel Science crushes the competition and at a price point that is truly remarkable!

Purchased a pair of Elemental in Aug 18. Within a month something within the carbon wheel broke. Reason was the injection moulding part broke off. Rear wheel was replaced foc. Impressive service.
After a year of riding, the wheel became very loud and rough. Email some pictures and video and it was harder to get a response this time. Just cited its normal wear and tear and just to get it service at a local bike shop. No information of what specs of bearing to get whatsoever.
Despite the website showing:
Hub bearings
Your bearing are sealed and will be maintenance free for 2 years under normal circumstances. Heavy off road usage, combined with excessive use of degreaser may impact this. Please do not use WD40 or similar anywhere near you hub bearings.

Disappointing customer service after you bought the wheels....
Just my personal opinion...

Product appears to be as advertised. The wheels look good, are very light, and at a good price. I only have 100km on the wheelset, so I can't speak to the durability, but they ride nicely. The wheels were made and shipped very quickly, but I never received a tracking number, in spite of one promised by the website.

Nice wheels, were 500g lighter than the Mavic Allroad my bike came with. Roll well, make the ride much smoother. Faster on the flats and climbing is easier. Only niggle is the stated weights are for rim brake not disc.

I've ridden about 500km so far and they're great. They roll really well, they're quick and not unduly effected by cross winds - and they look great too!

After a couple of minor glitches,I got my wheels and have them mounted. Peter did an awesome job. The wheels are solid and roll really well. Going from a 24mm great aluminum set, to the carbon 38mm set, I thought that I would lose a little acceleration. Nope, they seem to accelerate just as good if not better. Climbing is better. The wheels weigh 320 grams less with the brake rotors on and cassette than the stock wheels for the pair. Where they shine is unseated climbs and and around 30kph, I seem to be able to hold that speed indefinitely. I can honestly say, that my average speeds have come up, by 1.5-2kph on my solo rides on my workout route, since installing. I have had to recenter the brake caliber, but, that is more the new rotors being about 1mm offset than it being the wheels. Stock rotors were the same offset on the new wheels.
I would recommend this product. In fact I am planning on going all out on the next set. 50/60 mm from Wheel Science. The wheels come nicely packed, and tracked. Peter stays in touch throughout the process, often emailing back within minutes.

Great wheels, do great in the wind. Only thing that would improve them would be a wider internal width. 18mm width is ok but 20mm would be great.

Excellent company, excellent products. Really helpful with any questions before making a purchase, and the wheels were of a very high quality. Out on the road they are stiff, fast and look amazing

Peter and his team have developed an awesome product here. Wheels are fantastic and very responsive. Peter made the whole process very easy and stress free! So far I have a pit of 60mm clinchers and a disc, I’ll be buying more.
