Whitby Distillery レビュー

I saw this company on tv and saw they were ethically motivated and use natural ingredients for their rum that supports the R N L I . I am not a big drinker but like a spirit very occasionally in the winter months to cheer and warm. Though I am no expert this rum is perfect to me not heavy but delicious. They are a small company which I prefer to support. They are attentive to their customers which is not the norm these days and I appreciate. I can throughly recommend them.

Good company to deal with, producing some quality products

Fabulous gin. Even better that's it's made locally in North Yorkshire, to high ethical and eco standards.
But none of that would count without the great, crisp, clean flavours. Delivered speedily and carefully by DPD. Excellent all round.

Great Product,Customer Service ,fast delivery ,and good prices Highly Recommended

The best gin I've ever had.
Now ordered their marauder rum and taken the recommendation of pairing it with smoked barrel cola I must say is highly recommended. Gave my father in law a sample and he loves it too.
Went on their distillery tour in summer with my partner and had a great time learning more about these guys and their processes. Highly recommended company and I do recommend to anyone who will listen.

I bought a 3 pack miniature set of gin and rum they were all lovely
I'm bought from them before I'd highly recommend

What a great company and products. Site easy to use and delivery in good time. Have tried the gins and rum, and have rediscovered a love for rum!!
If I ever get the chance to return to Whitby I’ll book a tour.

Ordered the tried and well tested Whitby Gin Prince of darkness and a cheeky miniature of the Marauders Rum cherry edition. The miniature tipped my order into free delivery which was a great bonus, haven't tried the rum yet but I expect it will be the same great quality as the gin. Delivery was super quick, especially for this busy Christmas period and communication was also speedy and helpful. I was scheduled to be out for work on my delivery date, so rescheduled for the day after, which was quick and easy to do online. The only thing that could have improved my experience would have been to visit in person and soak up the ambience and no doubt more alcohol!

I first saw the company featured on a TV programme so decided to order one of their products they were very efficient and the item arrived without any problems l have since ordered for Christmas with the same super service.

Great product and amazing service from the online shop. We shall be back!

I’m going to have to whisper this as I haven’t bought any alcohol yet - but I will in the new year! My daughter saw the ammonite glasses somewhere and mentioned how lovely they are. I bought her 4 for Christmas so I’ll let you know her response when I put in my order for gin in the January sales! 😁

Excellent customer service, prompt delivery and very lovely products!

Arrived quickly and really well packaged. Friendly handwritten note inside too.

Excellent service and great communication.

Personal service with an unexpected personal thanks card from Lucy at Whitby gin in the delivery..

Superb quality gin and rum. We have met the owners and staff who are all super friendly.
We would highly recommend.

Quick and easy ordering and delivery. Everything is well packaged and the hand written thank you card is a lovely touch

Another smooth delivery experience - quick and simple! This is hands down my favourite gin and the rum is delicious, too! It’s good to support a small independent business, run by people who care about doing a good job. Thank you!

The prompt service was very helpful. The RNLI rum was beautifully presented, it was a gift for my husband and he loves it! Would definitely purchase again, possibly with the gin too!
