Whitby Distillery レビュー

I have now received 2 orders from Whitby Gin and both times the whole process was smooth. Delivery to South West Scotland was quick (which is rare for us). The quality of the gin speaks for itself. I can't fault the company or their products - highly recommended.

Very efficient delivery, and an amazing product, the gin is gorgeous x

I am a founder and have been ordering Whitby spirits from the word go. Their excellent customer service and ever expanding products are of the highest standards. The spiced rum is the best on the market. I am delighted to have supported this venture.

Had a very educational and enjoyable tour of Whitby Distillery. Fascinating talk on the history of the company. Lovely to see a local company with such clever marketing and genuine commitment to protecting the environment and supporting the local community. Absolutely delicious gins and rums to sample and buy at a discount. Well worth a visit. Look forward to going again once the new premises are ready.

Incredibly quick delivery, secure packaging, and easy ordering. The gins are beautiful. Honestly, what’s not to like? It’s a local company too, as we live only about 30miles away, which is always good to support. Highly recommended.

Ordered at 1pm and was at my door 12pm next day delivered by a polite young lad who's a credit to the company. 100% order again and hopefully we've visiting in a few weeks. Wishing you all all the success in the world

I really like this place, the distillery tour was amazing, and with discount they offered, I enjoyed it very much.

Always a quick response for orders of one of our favourite gins. Thank you

The customer service team were very friendly and helpful. The product and packaging are great, I have ordered before and will order again. The emails are different and interesting too 👍

Brilliant customer service. So easy to order and very quick delivery. Very well packed too. Have ordered many times before, never been disappointed.

Fantastic customer service -this relatively new distillery has an amazing ethos caring for its product and the ingredients to make all their brilliant drinks. If you haven’t done their distillery tour yet, do it! Great value for money. Love all their drinks, especially Prince of Darkness gin. Keep going guys and look forward to following your updates for the new site - thank you 🙏

Love Whitby - Love Whitby Gin - The best - All the Gins are great The standard one is just lovely and the Rhubarb, don't usually like flavoured Gins, but these are flavoured naturally - the Rhubarb is sublime - the Tour was very interesting, great fun and you get to taste all the great flavours. Fabulous, can't wait to see them in their new home which will make it all even better.

Always very efficient in delivering and answering queries if have any. Their gins are divine ! My absolute fav and I have them all (except the founders!). Great product and great ethos behind the company

Saw advertisements on facebook but was very dubious to buy from there. Looked the company up before deciding to buy. Put an order in for a tumbler and taster gins for my daughter in law. I ordered early just in case. They arrived within two days. Lovely packaging and well protected inside. The tumbler is very substantial and she has loved the gin. Will be using again

Excellent products. ( spiced rum) ordered it and it came within 2 days love the chunky glass aswell

Beautiful tumblers, very chunky and robust, brought as a present for my fossil loving brother who also enjoys a tipple! Arrived very quickly, carefully and safely packaged ensuring they arrived in perfect condition. Thank you, would recommend!

I first tried Whitby Gin as a complementary drink when I stayed a the Victoria Hotel, Robin Hoods Bay. It was so delicious I decided it would be good buy as a 40th birthday gift. As everyone was having trouble with website and telephone connection I emailed and managed to purchase. Excellent personalised customer service. Thank you Emma and Fred
