Firstly thank you to Cara - we’ve tried numerous vets and feel incredibly lucky to have found you. You’ve changed our pugs life with your kindness and care - my sister and I cannot thank you enough.

When a cancerous mass was identified on the hind leg of my Labrador, Toby, Cara took charge of the surgery, thoroughly explaining each step involved. I was keen to be by Toby's side during the initial sedation, and Cara agreed. Although I was cautioned about the unsightly scar the procedure might leave, I am convinced that Cara executed an exceptionally tidy and expert job. Three weeks down the line, the stitches are gone, and the wound has completely healed. My lingering query is: Why are animal tablets so large? A heartfelt thanks to Cara for nursing my dog back to perfect health.

A cancerous lump was found on the rear leg of my labrador (Toby). Cara operated, explaining in detail all the procedures required. I insisted on being present whilst my dog was initially sedated which was agreed. Despite being warned that the site and extent of the lump to be removed would leve an ugly scar, I believe that Cara did an incredibly neat and professional job. 3 weeks later the stitches have disappeared and the wound has healed. My only question is: Why do tablet manufacturers make animal pills so big? Thank you Cara for taking ggod care of my dog and returning him to full health.

Absolutely the best vet practice in the area, yet again I have received outstanding service & my dog received emergency & ongoing care that can’t be faulted.

Cara’s dog going into the vets and has nearly attacked 2 cats and got into a rabbit cage. She also disregarded my concerns with my incredibly poorly dog which resulted in my dog going in to emergency surgery where she was near to death. Don’t recommend this vets

I don’t think I have enough characters to give details about how awful our experience here was. Buckle up sorry!

Grossly over dramatised events by the owner who refuses to accept difference of opinions. Ill informed about raw feeding. Rude, arrogant, belittling. Humiliated us, lied about us, created a post about us on social media in which we calmly defended ourselves only to be attacked by the owners family/friends who weren’t even there or know us… used this as an excuse to ban us and sent a letter to our home to this effect, husband tried on more than one occasion to be amicable and we truly felt sorry for the owner who the practice manager described as sensitive due to current personal issues. We were threatened by the owner who exclaimed “I have all of this on Cctv!” As
My husband and myself sat in a chair aghast. We requested the cctv under gdpr and the owner ouright refused as she was in it (say no more)
Under advice from the ICO I made a formal written request for the original footage, nothing and months later an email invoiced to Cara herself but they are asking me to pay £405 to a company to provide edited footage (erasing cara basically) that I didn’t ask for or give permission to do which is another breach of the gdpr.

It seems that rather eat some humble pie and apologise for the disgusting treatment of customers which is still ongoing they would rather continue to poke the beesnest making up rules as they go along in a smug attempt to absolve themselves from basic obligations.

It’s become some sort of tit for tat on a personal level as I assume the owner feels a bit embarrassed and she should.

“Banning” us was the best thing that could have happened because honestly this company has been nothing short of dishonest and dishonourable, never in a million years would I trust my dog with them.

My mum was very well known in showing circle and was a pioneer of raw feeding over 40 years ago, she is still very good friends with many local dog breeders and there are several that have had issue with Whiteley vets, it seems I dodged a bullet here.

I will not be bullied into submission and I have no problems with taking it as far as I have to because this is morally wrong.

Also it seems they delete most negative reviews and any fair or reasonable responses are met by angry devotees to this practice. You will not be treated fairly here if you dare to disagree with this vets misguided notions.

The worst of it was we only popped in for a wormer and received nothing but unsolicited advice and treated like children. We were very amicable and polite until the vet started ramming nonsense down our throats, I still even tried to be respectful and she told is to find another vets.

Worst experience I have ever had.

I am putting this honest review wherever I can. All I wanted was the apology myself and husband deserve for the absolute lies and poor service we received, instead still nothing but caca from this bizarre company
