I would highly recommend White Oak UK. Their service was professional from start to finish. They reviewed our needs and came up with a solution where our bank had not been able to help us out. The whole process was made incredibly easy and a huge thank you to Alan for getting our agreement over the line in such a timely manner. Should the need ever arise again, I will be using White Oak again.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Jo Mezzone during a recent sale, where I acted as both the selling agent and property owner. From start to finish, she was exceptional.

Jo submitted the mortgage application immediately following the memorandum of sale and kept me promptly informed when the mortgage offer was issued—impressively quickly. She went above and beyond to support the buyers, assisting with issues on their solicitor’s online portal and maintaining regular contact with all parties to ensure the transaction progressed smoothly.

Thanks to her proactive and efficient approach, the sale moved from start to legal completion in just three weeks, which is truly remarkable.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jo and cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, communication, and dedication.

Wow I cant say enough about my experience with this amazing company. I dealt with a person called Chloe Taylor who was absolutely lovely. She was experienced, supportive, knowledgeable and just basically amazing! We are a small business going through a difficult time and so looking for possible financial support and its stressful and time consuming. Chloe actually made the experience so easy. Having not used a company like this before I had no comparison, however now I have, I realise that White Oak, based on the things Chloe said and how she worked, are honest and genuine. To me it felt like she wanted to help me rather than just trying to earn lots of money/commission and they have much better values and ways of working than a lot of other brokers out there. Based on my experience I could not recommend them enough!

Don't care about data privacy at all. Asked to be removed from their system 3 times yet they call and e'mail almost each day. Absolutely horrible company.

Things change quickly in our business, and Will is always quick to respond and adapt, giving us options and answering my many questions!

WhiteOak position themselves as a relationship-based lender and broker, but the reality is different. You end up dealing with sales people who do not truly understand business, rather than relationship managers who take the time to understand your operation in depth and properly qualify things before progressing. Even with a strong business, the experience becomes a “computer says no” process, which leads to wasted time. I am now refinancing with a direct provider who spent over an hour understanding our business and has already approved us

Very unprofessional & difficult to work with. Aggressive collections. A very unpleasant experience. When I come out of this the other side, they will feature in my book. A disgrace to humanity.

We applied for finance with this company for a new machine 20k. After providing all the information which was time consuming we received an e mail to say "excellent news we have has everything accepted".
The advisor then rings us up the day before the machine arrives to say they cant do the deal anymore !
Instead of offering us the asset finance at 7% they can now offer us a "loan" at roughly twice the monthly repayment.
Very unprofessionsal and time wasting.
