This was such a positive experience. Vicky put myself and my daughter at ease from the moment we entered the room to the conversation after the screening to the in depth report I have received. This is so beneficial to my daughter, for me at home and for her teachers at school. I would highly recommend going for this if you have any thoughts at all that your child might be dyslexic.

I am so impressed with White Rose Dyslexia Centre. This place came recommended to me and I can see why. Right from the start the process was made easy. From booking to receiving the report the communication was great.
We saw a lovely lady that was great with my daughter and clearly knew her stuff! She conducted the screening whilst complimenting my daughter on her strengths and made us both feel heard. My concerns were listened to. The screening was explained thoroughly and the report was accurate and helpful. I wouldn’t

Really good service from booking the appointment to the pre assessment questionnaire. We knew what to expect when booking our son in for screening. On the day we got lots of verbal feedback and the report was sent shortly afterwards. Would recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. Communication and responsiveness’s was very good. The assessor made my daughter feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I found the receptionist very helpful on calling them to make an appointment.
The lady who called me back was friendly, informative and helpful.
Appointment wait was acceptable.
The Lady Vicky who assessed my son was lovely she got down to his level, made him feel at ease. Built dyslexia up to being a positive by pointing out the advantages eg good at problem solving and reading situations.
I was told I'd receive the report in 3-4 weeks and had it with in 11 days.
The report is clear in what was found and recommendations to help my son.

My daughter had the diagnostic test done for dyslexia. The feedback was very thorough. We received the report very quickly and this was extremely detailed.
I have already recommended the centre to other people!!!

White Rose have been brilliant in helping us get a diagnosis for our son, and helping us to understand how to help him.

The report for school will be invaluable in making sure he gets the support there that he needs.

He had been really anxious about the assessment, but the staff were kind and supportive with him and he had a good time thanks to their support.

I had a lovely lady assess me whose name was Vicky; she made me feel welcomed and totally at ease with her warm, friendly manner. She even got the tissues out and reassured me after getting a little emotional after years of carrying round a weight of guilt and shame. I finally have the Validation I have been searching for, which is a powerful thing. Thank you, Vicky and the White Rose Centre.
