Whitesplash レビュー

Waited only 9 days from time of ordering. The picture which is very large had to be specially made to our requirements. The company advised me the day before that it had been despatched.
It arrived by parcelforce all very well packaged and secure. We were absolutely delighted.
The quality is first class and 100% recommend them.

No communication unless I rang them. Late delivery and products frame disintegrated very disappointed
Definitely wouldn’t recommend at least a large framed picture. Had to take it to be reframed elsewhere and discovered the plastic frame is not fit for purpose.

I bought a lovely print and was even able to buy it in a bespoke size. Called "The hug" it arrived quickly and well packaged. I'm about to place another order.

They are a complete scam out fit no confirmation of order no tracking no confirmation of anything .And if you complain you get a volley of abuse from there owner to anyone reading this avoid them like the plague vile vile company .

We purchased a picture, only for it to arrive with the frame completely broken. We immediately contacted customer service, who told us they would arrange a replacement and send someone to collect the damaged item.

Unfortunately, that was apparently just an empty promise. Since then, we have heard absolutely nothing. No replacement, no collection, no update, and no attempt whatsoever to resolve the issue.

It is completely unacceptable to send a damaged product to a customer and then simply ignore them after promising to put things right. We have wasted our time chasing this and have been left extremely disappointed with both the product and, more importantly, the appalling level of customer service.

If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would strongly advise thinking twice before ordering from them. Terrible experience from start to finish.

Delighted with our purchase from Whitesplash. Arrived today right on schedule. Print looks excellent. Quality frame too. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Super service and communication. Plus the artwork was amazing and looks even better on my wall

Four frames supplied due to breakages in transit and cannot fault the customer service but we have had to buy another frame as the fourth broke when trying to hang the picture. The quality of the frame is dire (almost polystyrene like) and not value for money. The prints are excellent though. My advice is to only buy the prints and source your own frame

Such an amazing company. Delivery was due at my parents house but they were away. A lady personally delivered it to me and the picture is amazing ! Just what I wanted as a surprise for my husbands birthday. Great quality and service and will definitely order more. Thank you

Ordered a great picture which got damaged in transit. Contacted customer services and a replacement was sent straight away. Great picture and brilliant customer services.

I ordered a picture from Whitesplash which was delivered last week.

It was something a bit different and I absolutely love it, it looks stunning on my living room wall. So pleased with it, I had a party at the weekend and nearly everybody had something to say about it. It's great quality too super happy.

I contacted customer services with a question before I had it delivered and had a great response!

Thank you Whitesplash from a customer who will be returning :)

I couldn’t be happier with my framed orchid prints! The pictures are absolutely stunning—beautifully detailed and vibrant, they’ve completely transformed the space I put them in. The quality of the framing is excellent and really complements the artwork perfectly.

What made the experience even better was the fantastic customer service. Communication was clear and friendly throughout, and everything arrived quickly and very well packaged. You can tell real care has gone into both the product and the service.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for something elegant and high quality—will definitely be ordering again!

I was looking for an unusual birthday gift and was so happy when I stumbled across this website. I am writing this review as I struggled to find any before I made my purchase.
My item was dispatched within a few days and well packaged for shipping, and above all excellent quality! Customer service was also excellent.
