I've been shopping with WPS for over a decade. However, it seems that since transitioning to a more high-tech website platform, which is good for offering a chat option if you have any questions, etc., the loading time of the page is problematic if you are using a VPN. I do enjoy shopping their products, and have found some great ideas for handcrafting body products. The quality of ingredients is comparable to others, and I find them to be good and perform well. My only complaint is the tech behind the online shopping. I really don't like the screen freezes and slow load times. I know it's their site, because I have the highest speed internet service, and it only happens when I'm on their website. I understand many companies are using this new technology for shopping online to track shoppers' habits, etc., but with all the hacking going on, VPN's are necessary to keep individuals' purchasing information, including digital wallets, safe. This bug should be worked out to enhance the online shoppers' experience.

This was my first time buying from Wholesale Supplies Plus and I am very impressed! Their fragrance oils are superb, very classy, clean fragrances that I am excited to use in soap making. The shipping was fast and the packaging is done very well. I will definitely be purchasing most of my future fragrances from them, highly recommended.

The products are great quality, and I like that they have most of their documentation available to download from the product page. This helps make it easier to make sure my lotions and cuticle oils have all required documentation. Their customer service is amazing and definitely communicates with you.
