This was my first time ordering from WSP, and it was an excellent experience. Shopping the site was very easy to navigate as well as the checkout process. I also loved how fast their delivery process was. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the products I received, and I will be placing a lot more orders in the future.

Great communication and fast delivery. I had forgotten I ordered lavender essential oil and put the box in recycling for the kids to break down. I went back to the pile because I needed a small box and was taking out the packaging which I thought felt extra heavy. I started unfolding it and remembered I ordered the oil. I almost threw it out. Ack!! Not sure how it could be packaged differently but it sure did look like just padding. Can’t wait to use everything!

I appreciated the notice that the order was shipped and same arrived on the date it was supposed to arrive.

Everything in my order arrived as expected and in a timely manner. My items were packaged appropriately to avoid damage. Nothing leaked, nothing broke. The flavoring oils that I purchased all smell amazing and I can't wait to start using them!

WSP is reliably solid with products and delivery.

I like ordering soap making supplies from WSP because they charge fewer shipping and handling fees than some of the other supply companies. They also ship faster than other places I’ve ordered from. If something arrives leaking or not as expected, they are quick to replace it. The only issue I ever had with them was when I ordered a bottle of ginger eo. It smelled “off” to me. They checked the lot and said it was normal. So either they sell particularly nasty ginger eo or I just don’t like how ginger eo smells, despite loving the smell of real ginger.

The website makes ordering easy and reasonable delivery time. Customer service is excellent.

I had ordered two base oils and when my package was delivered one of the oils had leaked onto the other oil container and through the box it was shipped in. I reached out to WSP and almost immediately a full replacement showed up at my home. I was very pleased with the prompt replacement!
